Top quality rooms, food and service. I do recommend. Also those views from top floor are worth the money.

Hotel was clean and had classic design! Hotel amenities was superb! Breakfast was a good spread, fresh food and so many options! We stayed on a high floor and get to see the sunrise! Hotel is also nearby a mall full of eateries.

Very bad service at the breakfast

Our stay at Crown Plaza Bursa was wonderful, and the room was upgraded to a superior room, which was very spacious with all the amenities anybody needs. Breakfast was so tasty with a large selection of food that all you desired was just in front of your eyes, plus the choice of preparing any special dish on the spot by the chef. All staff at the hotel from reception to housekeeping and waiters were very professional and doing everything to serve guests satisfactory. I would like to thank Ms CARMEN, the guest relation manager, for her outstanding assistance for hotel guests that made our stay very unique and memorable which will make us go back soon and tell all of our friends and relatives and any body who want to really enjoy Bursa is to stay at this hotel.

Crown Plaza Bursa is quite good. The hotel agent booked the same room last time, and we happened to get the same room this time. I didn't get to try the Turkish bath that the agent highly recommended, but the sign at the entrance says it's a local five-star hot spring spa, so I'm hoping it's a good idea. See you next time, my friend, BURSA.

The hotel is in a great location. The room is large and spacious. It is well cleaned. I recommend it.

My father and I stayed at this hotel for two nights and were generally very pleased. The hotel was extremely clean and its location was great. It was within walking distance of shopping malls and restaurants, which made it very convenient. Although I couldn't use the thermal pool, my father said that he found it very clean and liked it very much. The breakfast was fresh and delicious; there was something for everyone's taste. The service staff was very kind and thoughtful. When they saw my medicine on the table, they immediately brought me water, which was a small but very sweet courtesy. The room cleaning lady was also extremely kind. We were also happy that she never left our treats unfinished. In short, this is a hotel we would definitely want to come back to. Thank you for everything.

The hotel is generally good and the service is very good

I was really surprised how and why this hotel was rated so high. Even though I chose a non-smoking room online, we were directed to a smoking room. There was no obvious handle in the room, but the real shock was the belt of the bathrobe left on the bed. There was a wet belt and it clearly didn't smell like detergent. It smelled like wet water. So the previous customer's bathrobe must have been wrapped as it was. In terms of service, everything was cut down as much as possible. For example, there weren't even proper napkins, there was a napkin holder like you see in restaurants. Also, shower gel and shampoo were avoided as much as possible. For example, there was a bathtub but not even proper bath foam. There was only 1 head towel. Moreover, it was a superior room that accommodated 2 people. It was as if it was built to say that it had the smallest parking lot possible. It was hard to find a place. Frankly, I don't think this hotel, which I booked by looking at Google reviews, deserves such a high score and high price. As a result, I was not satisfied with the hotel at all.
