"1. This hotel stay experience can't fault it! The room was warm and elegant, and the bedding was so comfortable that I slept as soon as I touched the pillow. The staff at the front desk were warm and thoughtful, checked in quickly, and recommended fun places around. The gym equipment is very new, the breakfast is also rich, and I will choose here next time I travel!"

"環境，衞生，服務總體都非常不錯。但住宿中遇到的一個小問題建議改進。入住第二天早上起床時，智能語音控制無法使用，造成房間燈光無法開啟，手動開關也不好使，來回開關門並插拔房卡仍不好使。打前台電話召電工來重啟後才恢復正常，據電工師傅講之前也岀現過類似問題。建議酒店方要重視房間智能設施管理，特別要疏理系統管控邏輯，智控不好使時，手動必須優先，這可是基本常識。"
