"Was really impressed with the palace hotel. The grounds look stunning as we arrived. The hotels grand entrance was beautiful and the lady on reception was very welcoming. The decor throughout was amazing. The rooms were lovely and clean with everything you could need, coffee, tea, iron, hairdryer etc. Lovely staff couldn't do enough for us. Thanks for a lovely stay."
"This is an old hotel, but the room is warm, the location is excellent, in the center of the town, there is a very good Italian meal not far away. Hotel spa is also great!"
"I didn't book the old hall, but this one is really good. The cleanliness and comfort of the room is my most important. The decoration is red classical style. There is a wedding atmosphere under the floor."
"The location of the hotel is very easy to find in the center of the town, and the internal environment is also good. Compared with many hotels built in old houses, the interior is very spacious. I chose the smallest loft room for one person, which is equivalent to a single room, but in fact, the loft also has other larger room types, so I don't have to be afraid of the loft. The facilities are new and easy to use, the bathroom water is particularly large and the bed is comfortable. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is semi-self-service and the environment is elegant and the food is fresh. Although the rooftop pool is small, it is not wrong. When people are few, the experience is better. The spa area is large underground. There are many rooms with various functions. It is a bit like the domestic bath center. The temperature of the pool is not very high, but it is not cold. The temperature of the spa pool in the room is OK. But not too high. The hot springs and breakfast are very convenient in the room rate, and the spa and pool are also used casually during the stay, which is very comfortable."

"Stayed at the Queen's Head hotel over the weekend due to attending a concert at Buxton Opera House.
We were really well looked after and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was clean , warm and welcoming.
Whilst there is no on-site parking, there is parking in the market place only a minutes walk away which was easy to access.
Thank you for an enjoyable stay."

Amazing
GGuest UserThis is my best hotel experience, I was waited on my Vol who bless him tried his best to provide all I needed even gave me tips on how to get around the town. Their breakfast was top notch, was served as if I was at the Ritz’s Hotel. His wife was the chef and my God, she was good l, very large portions. Packed some in a lovey box, see pic and made hot chocolate to go as I was in a hurry for two day. God bless you both🥰🙏
Thanks again, will surely come back❤️🤎
