Good value for a very basic but in a very good location, only 10min walking from the center of town. The bathrooms could be cleaner at some points but they were ample as well as the kitchen.

Room was very small for 2 people, not enough place to put both backpacks in comfortably. The fan we had was almost falling apart and making a lot of noise and had to stand in front of the door to fit. Other than that, the shared facilities were good and the location is a short walk to the center.

The hotel is like bungalow, it’s a good size, with the kitchen stuff very convenient. The location is great, in a quiet road and very close to the main center with restaurants and shops. Just need a little refurbishment, the walls and the plumbing, there was a leak in the bathroom. Overall was very nice staying.

Great location for Byron Bay and facilities were good! The cabin was clean just had a lot of flies, but we were provided with bug spray that did the trick. Treated slightly like backpackers, having to take our bins out, wash and dry all dishes and there were lots of resort rules but it was good value so we didn’t mind.

In our case we took a cabin. The place is beautiful and very well maintained except for the kitchen area, laundry room and bathrooms. That sector does not match the rest and everything is always dirty (this is the responsibility of those staying but also of the place). It is not the first time we have stopped at places like this and in the kitchen area there is always tableware to use, here there was not a single plate. We had bought something to cook there and we couldn't do it. Luckily a man (a local employee) offered us his knife so that we could at least cook the burger. It's a shame that this common area is like this, if you're not going to use the area then you'll love the place.
