Pool area fab and well maintained Bungalows okay basic with what you need but could do with an upgrade especially bathrooms

We were there for 4 nights and not once did they clean the apartment or even change the towels. When I asked reception the day of departure they apologised and told us that we should have had cleaning service on the third day. The pool area is open and many local teenagers walk in, use it and leave their rubbish in the pool! the security staff get rid of them quickly however within a few hours they show up again!

A clean budget room in a great location

The hotel is far from the city center, but there is a Superdino store nearby, which is very convenient. The hotel is very old and run-down. I think it was good about 30 years ago. It’s better to choose a slightly more expensive option and not ruin your experience. For those who just need a place to sleep, it will do.

I have stayed in this complex about 20 times in the last 10 years and really love this place. It is peaceful, tranquil, and perfect to spend the day in the sun by the pool. This visit led me to believe that their standards are slipping. I had a couple of issues that were not dealt with at all. Firstly, I was bitten a lot and concluded that it was from the bed. I asked reception if they could change my bedding and they said they would, but nothing happened so I had to try to wash, disinfect and dry the bedding myself. I thought that was very bad service. I had a lovely oven in the apartment but no trays or racking. I asked for some and was told that would be arranged, but nothing happened. It is the 'little things' that can make or break a holiday and unbfortunately that was my worst stay in this beautikful location. I am sorry to be writing such a bad frevkiew but I do it in the hope that it improves the service at this usually wonderful place.

This place is great for a cheeky cheap get away. We’ve been several times never have any issues. You get what you pay for and vary in each apartment. Great location for the monticastillo centre. Hills great for the calf’s ! 😳

Called beach bungalows, nowhere near the beach - two km to the beach across a motorway and piles of rubble- looks half built or falling down - outside room pneumatic drills and construction noise, on the flight path of the airport so planes noisy flying over -  even with a ridiculous check in time of 3pm - room not ready until 4pm - to be balanced the room itself was basic but okay - tv, the door locked and it had abed and kitchenette, it was cheap. Would I stay here again ? Never

Basic, tacky, beds are unbelievably useless no kettle needs new shower taps / valve easy to scold yourself , was very clean massive gap in front door only two English channels on tv lack of electrical sockets , not much help in reception to find apartments especially when Darch hard to find

The apartment was clean and basis. Updated TV, cutlery pots and pans, a sponge and washing up liquid would of been better, but for £90 4 days it was a bargain. Swimming pool area very good. Nice and clean and comfortable beds. Reception staff not very helpful asked for a hair dryer and never got one.

Stayed for one night on a solo trip from corralejo, everything was spotless,great location the place was lovely will definitely be back again.

Really enjoyed my stay. I was situated by a pool and it was quiet and peaceful, within walking distance of amenities.

Apartments are very spacious, kitchen, lounge/diner. Large bathroom, bedroom consisted of 2 single beds. These are self catering apartments, which work well for your stay. There is cutlery, plates, bowls, pots and pans, microwave, 2 ring electric hob, very easy to use, there are supermarkets nearby, Also in town. There is a large Aldi and Mercadona supermarket, also Atlantico shopping centre in Caleta, ( nice walk, 15 minute walk away) which has everything you need. We've stayed at these apartments many times and they tick all boxes.
