Big nice and clean rooms with excellent view over the ocean, city and mountains. Live music every night. Free parking. Large selection of food. Dinner and afternoon food very good. Breakfast with a large selection too, but could be better. If breakfast was better I would rate 10.

We had a fantastic time at Tonga Towers! Room was clean and spacious with welcome chocolate, robe and slippers. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful throughout our while stay. It has nice facilities, as it was still a little cold we used the indoor spa pool, sauna and steam room which were lovely though not very big. Breakfast was superb with lots of choice, though can get a little busy with coach parties but the staff worked so hard to make sure that food is constantly topped up. Amazing rooftop bar/terrace with view over the bays. Overall we had a excellent stay! Thak you Tonga Towers!

The place was absolutely fabulous and clean. Entertainment for kids and adults were great, just a walking distance to the beach and town. I would stay there again. The food was also very very good.

The hotel is amazing, the service is unbeatable, the food is a 10 and the service is 10 out of 10.

It's right opposite the beach. It's hard to find a parking space when checking in during the day. The hotel has its own independent parking space, but it's only 10 euros a night. I don't recommend it because there are a lot of parking spaces at night. You can check in in the afternoon and go to Palma city center to play and eat. , there are a lot of parking spaces at the door when you come back in the evening. Find one close to the hotel. The hotel service and breakfast are good in all aspects.

Excellent hotel, unbelievable buffet, great location. Great clean room. Hotel located in the northern part of the island. Weather was perfect for cycling maybe too cold for Beach. Was there for nine days of Cycling. Would definitely recommend and go there again.

Lovely hotel , clean and well looked after . The food was excellent and the whole place had a friendly atmosphere thanks to the wonderful staff especially Evgeril on reception calm and knowledgeable nothing too much trouble and Gabriela whos smile lit up the bar. Thankyou all

Hotel Spotless Apartments massive Great choice of food Drink selection great All the staff second to none. So friendly. Very good Entertainment for All inclusive. Pool area very good. Pool snack bar serving very high quality food , not just your typical burgers and chips. My negative thoughts are Dinning area is directly under hotel and has a low ceiling, can feel clostaphobic when a lot of people using dinning room. Policy in dinning area is to be given your drinks by staff, sometimes they are that busy they do not have time to offer you a drink, i would say we where not offered a drink 7 out of our 20 visits.This was not fault of staff maybe a few extra staff at busy times or have a drink dispenser lots of 4 star hotels have them. Our final negative thoughts are related to Smoking and vaping. On a night when watching entertainment people could sit next to you and smoke. Most Hotels do allow outside smoking nothing against that but it would be nice to have two areas non smoking and smoking , People who inhale smoke do that by choice, i and my children do not have that choice and so to be honest we have decided not to go to hotels that do not have designated smoking areas, An email to a hotel will let you know if they have designated smoking areas. It's a pity we will not be going back to this Lovely hotel.

Absolutely amazing hotel. We had a one bedroom apartment and a double room, both on the same floor which was a bonus 😁. No issues with sunbeds, food was great and plentiful, lifts can be a little tricky with a pram but what is 5 minutes wait. Animation team were fabulous 💃. Drinks were great . Rooms were kept spotless. I've got the holiday blues big time, truly felt spoilt staying here. Thank you Tonga Towers and all the amazing staff ❤️

The hotel is in a great location just a 5 min walk down to the beach and restuarants and great selection of shops. Very clean, hotel and friendly staff,food was very good breakfast a bit hit and miss, but overall a great stay .

Hotel was overall an average to good experience! Be aware if you are traveling during the summer holidays…sun loungers are a nightmare. There are not enough for the amount of guests in the hotel. Pool area doesn’t open until 8 however people start queuing before 7. It is then a race to a sun loungers- you’ve seen videos on the internet this hotel is exactly like that! Staff seem friendly and helpful Good variety of food, cleanliness of restaurant could be improved. Plates, bowls etc can be still dirty from previous use. Spilt food isn’t always cleaned up straight away. Great location for walking distance to shops and beach. Mixed reviews - sun loungers let this hotel down, wouldn’t hurt for them to buy some more! Also many loungers are actually broken. Other than that perfectly fine hotel in a good location.

We really enjoyed our stay, the room was very clean ( due to Fatima) and comfortable. All areas were very clean with friendly hardworking staff. Food was great with good choice whether in main restaurant or using pool bar. Also plenty of choice. Entertainment staff worked very hard to make your stay unforgetable.

Stayed at Tonga Tower for 10 days, from 29/08/2025. A large family group of 15 people; xx 8 adults and 7 kids, from 7 weeks to 16 years old. Greeted by enthusiastic and helpful reception staff. Nice rooms (we had 4 x 1 bed apartments), amazing showers. We had a low floor, which was good, because the lifts were a little unpredictable. Facilities are good - 1 large Freeform pool, 1 small pool, 1 large jacuzzi pool and a kids splash park. A large multi-sports court, a small paddle court, a shooting range, pétanque rink, ping pong table, amusement area and a computer room. A spacious air conditioned reception area too. Food: a large buffet restaurant with a good choice to suit all tastes at breakfast, lunch and dinner. An outdoor snack bar area in the afternoon also offers a buffet, as well as 2 bars. The all inclusive option offers a good range of drinks including branded options. The staff in the bars and restaurants cannot do enough for you. (One of the head waiters in the main restaurant can come across as a little abrupt, but I think that is just his way). A special mention to Jordi. He seems to enjoy banter with the guests in a way that makes the brits feel very much at home. Lucia is also extremely attentive and engaging in the main restaurant. Marc is the pick of the animation team, he really engages with the guests. Steffi is also very friendly and Alex is also great, and his rendition of Lady Ga-Ga is, unfortunately indelibly imprinted on my brain. We don’t go back to the same place. Life is too short and the world is too big, but we made some great memories. I would definitely recommend Tonga Tower

This is our third time here. Firstly it is the cleanest place. Always cleaning whether it’s the pool or just around the hotel in general. Secondly staff especially those who serve in the snack bar and bar at the top end are amazing, friendly and their interactions with the kids is brilliant! My kids wanted their pic with their favourite. Food is plentiful, restaurant is always clean and there’s a guy who shows you to a table to keep things moving. Bed changed twice in 10 days which I was happy with. No mad rush for sun beds as you cannot get one until 8am which works very well! Towel rental is easy and the guy again near to top snack bar was friendly all the time. Other guests are friendly too, everyone chatty and I saw lots of people from last year there again so that says a lot. 10 mins walk from beach - sea is so warm at the end of August. Also they do the best ice cream on the all inclusive My only negative points were- would like more than one drink with evening meal, you can ask but not always easy to find someone. Entertainment isn’t the best but my kids prefer a game of uno so not an issue for us. My only other issue was they didn’t replenish the hand soap and shower gel in the room had to keep asking along with sometimes we got three towels and other times 4 (there’s 4 in our party)
