Big nice and clean rooms with excellent view over the ocean, city and mountains. Live music every night. Free parking. Large selection of food. Dinner and afternoon food very good. Breakfast with a large selection too, but could be better. If breakfast was better I would rate 10.

We had a fantastic time at Tonga Towers! Room was clean and spacious with welcome chocolate, robe and slippers. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful throughout our while stay. It has nice facilities, as it was still a little cold we used the indoor spa pool, sauna and steam room which were lovely though not very big. Breakfast was superb with lots of choice, though can get a little busy with coach parties but the staff worked so hard to make sure that food is constantly topped up. Amazing rooftop bar/terrace with view over the bays. Overall we had a excellent stay! Thak you Tonga Towers!

The place was absolutely fabulous and clean. Entertainment for kids and adults were great, just a walking distance to the beach and town. I would stay there again. The food was also very very good.

It's right opposite the beach. It's hard to find a parking space when checking in during the day. The hotel has its own independent parking space, but it's only 10 euros a night. I don't recommend it because there are a lot of parking spaces at night. You can check in in the afternoon and go to Palma city center to play and eat. , there are a lot of parking spaces at the door when you come back in the evening. Find one close to the hotel. The hotel service and breakfast are good in all aspects.

Excellent hotel, unbelievable buffet, great location. Great clean room. Hotel located in the northern part of the island. Weather was perfect for cycling maybe too cold for Beach. Was there for nine days of Cycling. Would definitely recommend and go there again.

We stayed at Tongo Tower for 7 days. The staff were lovely and helpful. Entertainment was cheesy but enjoyable, better when it was the staff rather than outside acts. The food was good as you would expect for all inclusive. The room slept four, two in sofa bed and two in room the room was small and didn't have enough space to hang clothes. Ended up having to keep clothing in suitcase. The room was of an ok, standard, kitchen a bit old and rusty, the shower cubicle leaked which was promptly fixed when requested. The bathroom door required to be plained as it's dragged on the floor and ended up getting stuck. The sheets weren't changed ever day which was difficult with kids and sanda etc and the patio was never brushed to sand everywhere. Pool area was lovely and well maintained. A large group arrived and played there o n music loudly over the hotels music at the pool which we did not like and wasn't stopped by the staff. The area was a short 10min walk to the beach and town which was lovely The area is a bit run down and not overly busy which was nice. Quick check in and provide with food for each which was lovely. The kids are a was secured with a fence which was good. No shower facilities for the kids after check out and we had to use the shower in gym.. The balcony glass had a gap between the glass and the floor, which was unnerving, resulting in my children dropping things through the gap and people above towels falling into our balcony.

Quite modern clean, good food, entertainment for kids and adults, on the whole a ideal hotel for families but not for us, nowhere for adults to have a leisurely swim in kid free pool. Wasnt deep enough, shallow at both ends and full of kids babies rings and lilos. It was all designed around family's. Not peacefull in any area. Buffet staff not particularly helpfull or friendly, chairs and floors always had food on them from the amount of children I guess. The sky bar was very nice we had a taster meal up there one night. You had to pay tourist tax and 30 euros for safe! Balancing sloped slightly forward, so it felt like you could fall forward and quite small. The sunbeds were extremely uncomfortable too. We asked to move hotel in the end, we went to one of their sister hotels ( rei del Mediterranean) which was perfect for us and closer to airport. Glad we moved do much nicer.

The hotel was very clean and the staff couldn't do enough for us, one of the family has a nut allergy which was not a problem with the chef as he took us through daily what she could and couldn't eat.

Excellent pools drinks and staff especially Manuel who made us feel so welcome and special , restaurant requires better organisation maybe 2 sittings to ease congestion, rooms lovely spacious and clean as was the rest of the hotel , 10 mi ute walk to the narrow sandy each , night entertainment i thought was very poor at night using staff to entertain most nights , enjoyed the holiday

Looking at previous reviews the same problems seem to consistent The lifts are too small for the size of the Hotel especially if you are on floor 12 like we were The sunbed situation needs to be sorted A large queue every morning at 08.00 then a sprint to get a parasol Food was what we expected from a 4* all inclusive no problems Friendly staff and good entertainment in the evening to cover all ages

Stayed here as a family .2 adults 2 children 9 and 16 all inclusive package through Jet 2 Holidays. This is marketed as a 4 star plus resort! Struggled to get past the negative first impressions. Late flight over at 7:25 pm . The coach transfer was a joke on a packed coach with all the drop offs. I lost count and it must have been about 8 different hotels. However on the way back it was only 3 stops and what I would have expected. Never had this problem on previous Jet 2 holidays . I was so knackered by the end and struggled to work out what day/time we arrived. Definitely consider a private transfer to avoid this . Hotel/Rooms This is a big hotel 14 floors and the lifts get busy. The Rooms were a positive for us as a family of four . Open plan area the sofa bed is made up into a bed. There is then the main bedroom that you can keep open or closed with sliding doors. Also you could access the bathroom separately from both rooms . Rooms were cleaned Daily. Fridge in room water supplied only on day one by hotel. Then it was buy your own after that . Pool area/loungers problem. Continuing the negative first impressions . As mentioned after a tiring transfer and not a great first breakfast we went to the pool area at 10am . There were no sun loungers available/reserved with towels. Plenty of space for them but not enough available. This resulted in us complaining to the jet2 representative to try and help with the issue. We also spoke to staff from hotel reception about this and the response was very dismissive as if they were used to it. This resulted in the daily survival of the fitness for loungers at 7:45am before the pool opening at 8am . For the size of the hotel there were clearly not enough loungers/parasols hence the situation and the attitude it created amongst people queing at silly O'clock to reserve a lounger. Food The food on the whole was just average for us. It gets very busy as expected on all inclusive. Again it felt like survival of the fittest. Go at the right times there was a reasonable amount of variety to the food. Staff worked hard although maybe understandably did not appear very happy. We experienced the tasting menu on the roof bar/terrace . However although the service was excellent the food was average in result. The roof bar and view was massive positive and a great showpiece to the hotel. Kids not allowed but staff may allow you to take some family pictures if you don't stay around too long. Entertainment/Activities Children’s mini disco. She did not got to kids club so cannot comment . During the day there did not appear to any obvious social activities going on unless you went looking for them . Evening entertainment I cannot offer an opinion on. Gym/tennis /padel Outdoor gym rack for pull ups dips etc.The small indoor gym itself was basic make do one, dated multi rack and no squat rack. You can get away with doing something in there buts it not massively kitted out.The spa entrance walking in to gym
