The staff were courteous helpful at all times. Aloha is perfectly situated within walking distance of centre of town and numerous eating options. We had a lovely stay."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Paradise Hotel & Resort with its relaxed ambience, friendly and helpful staff and spacious rooms. We ate in the restaurant a few times and the food was delicious. Our room was clean, very spacious and the pool looked very inviting. Each little balcony at the back of the rooms are private and quiet. The location is a walkeable distance from Burnt Pine shops and cafes. The Cyclorama is next door and definately worth including on a holiday schedule for its depiction of the Norfolk Island history."

"The stay at Mokutu was perfect. Great customer service from collection at the airport with our own hire car, clean and comfortable accomodation with everything we needed! Kids loved the pool, especially the spa and the water feature. For outdoor cooking there are both gas and wood BBQ’s. The hosts Cherie and Troy were fantastic - nothing was too much trouble. A great base to go exploring Norfolk Island!"

"Upon arrival we were greeted by the manager and taken to our room. The rooms were very clean. A generous starter breakfast was provided (fresh bread, butter pats, spreads, 200ml milk and small carton of fruit juice. The beds were very comfortable. The units are not new but seem reasonably well maintained."

Lovely roomy unit (Unit 1), good kitchen, seperate laundry bathroom, great little deck out front to sit and admire the view. Very clean and excellent helpful staff. Highly recommend this place."

"Older style apartment, very comfortable, clean and tidy. Beds comfortable, pillows good. Booked a 1 br and delighted to arrive to a 3br upgrade. Great views from balcony over the valley. Everything we needed was there for a weeks stay. View out to Phillip Island amazing. Close to town and all enquiries looked after by the girls on the desk at Governors Lodge. Only downside was the resident rooster lol. Would definitely stay again, quiet, peaceful and relaxing."

"Some of the images used in their advertisement seem to me to be magnified or zoomed in images. So, for example, some suggest or imply that you are much closer to the water etc than what you actually are, which I think are misleading etc. There were rips in some window curtains, some missing window flyscreens, some broken window locks, a huge hair ball clogging the shower drain (so you had to stand in a couple of centimetres of water when showing), no plug for the bathroom basin, insufficient consumables (eg dishwashing liquid, toilet paper) for the time period of the stay."

"Staff are lovely! The accommodation is 31/2 star as advised. You really need a car to get around. Emily beach is beautiful and there are good hiking spots. Continental breakfast was not value for money but we had a beautiful fish dinner at the restaurant. Enjoyed the visit but 5 days would have been perfect."

"The Islander Lodge was fabulous. The standout is the breathtaking views of the Kingston heritage area, scenic two islands and water views. Situated only a short drive to town and services, but in a quiet peaceful area, the location is idyllic. The apartments are equipped with all you need for your stay; well designed, roomy, comfortable, very clean and well maintained. Each has its own private balcony at the front and patio out the back. Should we visit Norfolk again this would be our number one choice. I can see why people stay here multiple times."

"End unit so very quiet, no ceiling fans but could open windows as high off the ground, pedestal fan was all we had and was very dirty so cleaned it and was OK to keep the air moving. Doubt they should have carpet in a humid environment like that - felt dirty. King size beds very comfortable, nice pillows. Well stocked kitchen and good fridge. No screen door on front door but bugs were minimal. OK bathroom. Would recommend. Need a car as out of town."
