"We booked 2 standard rooms and I asked to update 1 room to deluxe, to get sea view. They said, that I have to update both rooms together and it costs 1000 euros for 5 day and two rooms!!!! And our standard room was witout balcony with view to the jungle (untended garden). Reall disappoitment for paid money. Pool was extreamly cold (ca. 18 degrees and most of guests did not swim).
Room was nice and spacious.
Breakfest was super

GGuest UserThere are three floors in the building, there are not many rooms, close to the sea. The toilet in the room has a smell and the price is lower. Hotel parking is less than 20 euros a day, breakfast Western food, can also do something to eat.

DDamironkz**First time in Portugal**, and we chose the Hilton hotel as we were confident in their service. Indeed, we were not wrong. Friendly staff explained everything thoroughly. We arrived a bit early, but they prepared the room for us. The location is very convenient: **Lisbon is just a 30–40 minute taxi ride away**, and other attractions are also nearby. The rooms are cozy and clean. **Complimentary water** is provided. Breakfasts are delicious.

MMesude KilincThe hotel is sooooooooo beautiful, clean and with a pool, but its location is far from Lissabona, 25 minutes walking distance. You can go by train. Since I did not prefer Lissabona much, we went to a region called CasCais more often. Just come here knowing that you need to be fluent in English and it makes more sense to rent a car. Taxis are expensive. Choose an Uber taxi. Seeing Must-see places: Cascais Sintra. Definitely go to the beach, the beach, the sea, it's sooooooooo beautiful. CasCais is a restaurant in Iran. It's amazing. CasCais is an elite place. You can see the difference between Lissabon and the hotel. Breakfast at the hotel. If you choose the wonderful, friendly Londres Hotel, you won't regret it. It's sooooooooo ideal for children. It's a problem-free spotless hotel. CasCais is sooooooooo close. If you choose Uber taxi, you can go to CasCais without paying too much, we went for 5 euros. ZZH NIt is an old four-star hotel in a relatively quiet location. It is surrounded by residential buildings. It is 5 or 6 minutes' walk from the beach. The train station is 10 minutes away. Next door is a shopping mall for shopping, laundry, and supermarkets. It is more convenient. The hotel facilities are older and the rooms are on the thinner side. The bathtub design is not reasonable for showering. Water will spill out and wet the ground. Be very careful when entering and exiting. The air conditioner is either too cold or leaking. Parking, fitness and indoor swimming pools all require a separate fee. I have stayed in hotels in so many countries. Fortunately, this is the first time I encountered them. Fortunately, the hotel staff are very friendly and responsive. The thoughtful gift of a cake on my birthday is very nice😊 The breakfast is rich and delicious, and the bread is delicious. If you want to take a rest and vacation, it is a good choice👍

AAnonymous UserStandard three star hotel. Fantastic location and easy to get to all the main sightseeing stuff. Some aesthetic issues in the room. Cigarette burn in the cloth headboard, bathroom sink bowl wasn’t bolted down, and the top rain shower head didn’t work and the shower area had mold. Pretty standard European two single beds pushed together, no bigger than a dorm room mat and about as soft as a box spring. The air conditioner controller is just for show, the main staff has control over it. But other than a hard bed that would split down the middle having you fall through and in between the mattresses, a hot room, and a bathroom sink almost torn from the fixtures and nearly dropped on the ol toes the staff is amazing and the just having the sheer proximity to the lively restaurants and beaches overshadowed any of the negatives

GGuest UserOur three-day stay at the hotel is over. It's not a bad hotel, with its pros: proximity to the ocean, a pool, and a hammam. Cons: one 0.5 bottle of water per two for three days... and towels not changed.
The girl who checked us in was unprofessional: she sighed when we asked questions about the hotel.
Overall: the hotel is average.
