"This is our second time in the resort, but still a great experience. Good place to relax and bond with your family. The place is very accomodating giving freedom for guests to enjoy the place. "The location is accessible, parking area is safe, cleanliness of the room is good but there was a foul smell in the comfort room. They should also include toiletries and available menu for guest. The staff are friendly except the guy maybe a maintenance or a janitor, we are in the sea around 7am but he threw a red liquid in the sea, maybe it's a chemical or a gasoline so we don't have choice, we have to go up. Thank you!"

"Overall experience was okay, can be better. The pools were very well maintained and clean, the beach was fantastic, they have multiple activities to provide to their guest and the hotel was amazing! The spacious room we booked an accommodate up to 8 people ! Our overnight stay was not crowded compared to to the holidays, not much people but the downturn we experience was the service we received was slow. We used one of their pools and requested for a beach towel, after waiting and following up for more than 30 mins, we gave up and walk to our hotel shivering. The life guard who helped us followed up of our request said that the housekeeping was slow and many excuses though there were not much people. Second one was on the Naya restaurant bar and grill, as we observed the restaurant was not full yet our orders took an hour before it was served….. Overall, the facilities was fantastic!"

"The room house itself is aesthetic. The room is spacious and clean. The owner is very accomodating. Even though she's busy, she finds time to answer my questions and our queries. My mother asks her if she can decorate the dining area for my birthday and I loved it. The only downside was that there's no hot shower."

"The kid's play area was under maintenance when we visited, yet it it one of the reasons why i have booked this place. Kitchen staff were not very helpful specifically when we were ordering fod while waiting to check in. Receptions were very helpful and friendly"
