"I can't appreciate it because I haven't been. I tried to book it twice and the second gave me another day. I tried to cancel it from the same and I couldn't. I tried to contact trip.com and I couldn't. I have spoken to the hotel and they say they can't cancel it. "

"Красивый, свежий отель, все удобно. Приветливый персонал. Один рад на завтраках очень долго пополняли закончившуюся еду. Месторасположение чудесное, близко к историческому центру и не шумно.
Нам очень понравилось."
"During the trip to Spain, I chose the five-star Renaissance in Porto because it is conveniently located in the city center and almost all attractions can be reached on foot. Secondly, it is relatively new. The hotel is very clean and simply furnished. Except for not providing toothbrush sets, it has a kettle, slippers, etc., and provides a bottle of free mineral water every day. The hotel is only a short walk from the airport to the light rail. The hotel's breakfast is very punctual from 7:30 to 11:00 and is also quite rich. Here you can taste Portuguese egg tarts, which are very delicious. During this trip to Spain, this is the only hotel that requires a deposit of 100 euros when checking in, but it has not been refunded 48 hours after check-out."
"We had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was fantastic – the staff was friendly, the rooms were spotless, and the amenities were top-notch. The location was super convenient, and I felt well taken care of throughout my visit. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!"
"Easy access to Relu Bookstore, Victoria Observatory, quiet and comfortable ...
There are Korean restaurants Sik Tak and local shops nearby, so it adds a little pleasure to walk around. Excellent service cleanliness ...."
"The location of the hotel is great. The stuff is super helpful and friendly. The building ia old, but in a good shape. Instead of a window there were doors, so you get a balcony feeling - very nice touch. The rooms are a bit old, but clean and disinfected. "
GGuest UserIt was so beautiful and insanely good!
We stayed in a dormitory with a mix of 6 people. The room has a locker with a key, two separate toilets and two showers. The hair dryer is also very good. You can also use the shared kitchen and refrigerator.
The staff was very kind and helpful.
GGuest UserThe room is relatively close to the city center. The room is big, really big, and the sanitation is OK. The whole hotel is full of blue elements. The breakfast is about the same. The corridor is a bit narrow and dark. They have a problem, they can't check in early, it's in the afternoon After 3 o'clock, before leaving the store at 11 o'clock, most hotels can check in at 12 o'clock. I don't quite understand this, and it's impossible to negotiate.
GGuest UserThe room is perfect with outdoor view and comfortable inside. The hotel's location is very convenient to go to the views. The employees are professional. Thanks for all.
정정규숙It's a bit of a walk up a rocky slope from the train station, but it's close, about 10 to 12 minutes away. If the carrier is heavy, it may be a bit difficult.
It's about 5 to 10 minutes away from major hot spots, and it's small and clean. The wooden floor in the room and the tile floor in the bathroom were clean and nice to the touch, so I walked around barefoot. I was very tired at the end of the trip, but I quickly felt relieved after three warm showers.
The welcome drink and homemade crepes for breakfast were also fun. The friendly female staff member gave me some recipes and gave my son a thumbs up, saying he looked like a professional chef. The bright smiles and greetings of the counter and restaurant staff are also impressive.
It was a double room, and there was an extra bed similar to a sofa near the entrance, so I used it as both a bed and a sofa. I'm not sensitive to sound, so I think I could hear the sound of wheels rolling on the stone floor and the sound of rain all night long.
I found this place in a hurry while traveling, and it was the cheapest with breakfast included, so I was most satisfied with the accommodations I stayed for 13 days.
I've never written a review before, so I'm writing this review~
HHarsh1101Room was of a good size with a good view of the cathedral. TV has a good amount of channels to spend time in the room. No toiletries provided in the bathroom but that seems common everywhere.
Room was clean and neat. Lighting could be better but no complaints as such. Downtown is about 8 minutes walk downhill to Trinidade station.
大大海撈針I have lived in this apartment for a while. Although the location is not very convenient, the facilities of other apartments are complete. Since it was winter when I first moved into this hotel, I found that this apartment did not have air conditioning when I entered the summer. The staff moved to another apartment of the group, and they immediately agreed, so this apartment is very worth recommending in winter
GGuest UserIt was a rainy day when I arrived in Porto and saw a very sad city, but it was still incredibly beautiful.
Susana, the person in charge of the hostel when I arrived, was the best part of the stay, kind, smiling, she reminded me that, even on days like this, the sun is always there. I will definitely come back.
Recommendation: always bring earplugs: choosing a female room to avoid snoring is a dream. We snore too😂
AAdalineThe room smelled so strange upon entering, then we went to inspect the AC and could tell there was black mold accumulating in there. The sofa bed was not a sofa bed at all, but a rickety foldable springy mattress. It was so uncomfortable and so loud that I ultaimtely had to sleep on the day bed. Would NOT recommend staying here.
