Very well decorated landed home stay, for those who appreciate Chinese ancient design. Fast response from operator with friendly gesture. Our family stay in the quad-shared room, double decker bed and a queen bed. Room is clean and well maintained, owner really put his heart into this place.

I usually stayed in a 5 star international hotel. However, this trip, we are travelling with a group of 7 of us, all are çlosed relatives. We chose this place as the picture looks nice, and we booked the ENTIRE house; 4 bedrooms; i was mentally prepared that the actual place would look worse than the pictures posted on Trip.com. To my surprise, this place looks exactly like the pictures shown, they are clean and all the basic amenities are in place. The deco of each room is different, nicely decorated. The location was great; we are already in the "Old town" where all the attractions are. We all enjoyed ourselves. Butler was awesome. Thanks for waiting up for us upon checkin and ensuring our needs are met. Thanks and we will be back!!

The location of the B&B is very good, right in a beautiful courtyard in the ancient city of Chaozhou, with many delicious streets and alleys nearby. Right next to the Xu and Ma Mansions are the Chaozhou Old Theater and Chaozhou Zhenhai Tower. The porcelain panel paintings are very beautiful, all designed in various themes and with strong craftsmanship characteristics. The quilt in the room is very clean and sanitary, the layout is also very good, and it is also very suitable for families. The boss was very enthusiastic and introduced us to many delicious foods, as well as Chaozhou travel guides, which is worth a thumbs up👍

The room design is good and the boss's attitude is also very good, but the room lacks management. Many things are rotten and old. The price is really expensive, but the whole Chaozhou is like this. This trip to Chaozhou has been treated like a fish, and the parking fee is 100 yuan.

First of all, this is a pet-friendly B&B. We booked this B&B mainly for this reason. Normally we wouldn't care much about other things, but this time our stay experience was really bad. There is no way to give a good review. It rained heavily in the evening of the day we checked in, and then the bathroom started to leak. There were many leaks. As a result, water dripped from the top of our heads when we washed and brushed our teeth, including when going to the toilet. At the same time, there was a very loud sound similar to running water throughout the room. The store owner explained that this was the sound from the drainage pipe. Because the rain was heavy, the water flow was louder and the sound was louder. The key point is that the bathroom door is broken and cannot be closed at all, so I was basically tortured by the sound all night. I contacted the store on WeChat in the evening and the solution they gave was to change the room, but we all had four pieces on the bed. The suitcases and bags had already been opened and sorted. It was raining heavily at 9 o'clock in the evening, so the two girls couldn't bear to move. Then this room has a large bed plus a bunk bed, which is similar to a parent-child room, but the large bed only has one pillow, and because there is no service staff, we can only go to the small bed to get another pillow. The pillows only have low pillows and the mattress is a bit soft, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. We were driving long distances, and this quality of sleep really affected our state of driving the next day. As a last resort, I checked out early the next day, booked another hotel, and started again after getting some sleep.
