"Stayed with my son for 5 days. We truly enjoyed the stay. The hotel is really beautiful located by the yacht dock. The room is spacious with a balcony. The bed is comfortable and equipped with espresso machine and plenty of water and cookies."

"We had a great time at the Holiday Inn in Rochester. Tamia, the receptionist, provided excellent customer service and recommended a fantastic Indian restaurant when we requested after hours. The room was basic but clean and equipped with everything we needed. Although we didn't have time to use the pool due to our late arrival, we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast prepared by the chef. We look forward to staying here again. Thank you!"

"On arrival service was great and very helpful. Room had a great view a little on small size but not complaining as it was very clean.
On the down side. Mattress needs changing as springs have gone. Woke up with them digging in my back.
Went for breakfast as continental breakfast was included. It's extra for cooked of which I would be happy to pay for. However I was totally ignored as person too busy folding napkins and kept their back to me. I wasn't going to hang around. There was no fruit just bread, muffins and yoghurt. I was going to speak to the front desk about this but no one about so I let myself out of the car park."

"Just wanted accommodation for 1 night, so this was ok.
The room was clean but on arrival the bathroom tap and sink could have done with a polish, as water marked, Also no shower mat available which I felt would be useful as the shower is the wet room type and water would seep into the main bathroom floor. No glass/ cup for brushing your teeth.
No wifi and didn’t see any information offering it. No phones in the room to reception, so overall very basic. The staff we interacted with were very friendly, polite and helpful.
We did not eat here so cannot comment.
But pleasant stay."

"This was a last minute booking and I was pleasantly surprised, I was able to charge my car…, for free, no parking charge either. The receptionist was welcoming and bar staff were friendly. Hotel room was perfect and beds super comfy!"
