"Hotel close to Al Rigga metro station, from the back door only 7minutes walk. A big supermarket next door, convenient if you need any supplies or food. Staff very friendly and polite. I requested a late checkout and was gladly accepted. Breakfast provided many varieties but meat options were limited. Only 2 stops from airport, great value for money. Room was classy, roomy and well maintained. Great value for money. One day we passed by the other Hyatt Place nearby, that area was dirtier."

"Good Location, price is relatively more compare to the amenities offered.  The hotel was packed with groups of guest and the breakfast room was crowded and noisy. Most breakfast items were suitable for South Indian guests. The management may consider bringing variations in the breakfast for the other international guest. Overall stay was Okay!"

"Stayed here recently for a short staycation and overall had a pleasant experience, particularly considering the very reasonable rate we paid for a suite. The hotel itself is certainly impressive visually, with its distinctive golden tower design and famous status as one of Dubai’s landmark hotels. Check-in and valet parking were efficient, the elevators were surprisingly quick for such a tall building, and the room itself was clean and well maintained. We also ordered room service during our stay and found the food tasty, reasonably priced, and delivered promptly. One thing I did not realise when booking is that this is a dry hotel, so alcohol is not served anywhere on the property. That was my oversight rather than the hotel’s, but it may be useful information for future guests to know in advance. Our suite was spacious and more apartment-style in layout, with a separate bedroom and kitchen area. However, the overall setup felt quite minimalist in terms of amenities and furnishings. Although the suite includes a kitchen, there are notices advising guests not to use it, and aside from two drinking glasses there were no utensils, crockery, or cutlery provided. Similarly, amenities throughout the room felt limited to the basics: two guests but only two bath towels, two rolls of toilet paper across two bathrooms, and minimal additional furnishings such as sofa cushions or dining seating around the kitchen counter area. The room itself was comfortable enough, although there were a few practical details that impacted sleep quality for us. The illuminated touch-panel light controls remain quite bright overnight, and once your eyes adjust the room never becomes fully dark. There was also overnight construction noise nearby during our stay, although of course that may be temporary and outside the hotel’s control. Guests sensitive to light or noise may wish to keep this in mind. Another thing worth noting is that many rooms appear to face sideways toward neighbouring towers rather than directly toward Sheikh Zayed Road or the coastline, so lower-floor rooms may have fairly limited views depending on their orientation. Overall, I would say the stay represented fair value for the price we paid. While it may not feel especially luxurious or fully equipped compared with some other Dubai four-star properties, it was clean, efficient, and suitable for a short stay, particularly for guests looking for a well-located and affordable suite-style hotel experience."

"I had a good stay at IntercityHotel Dubai Jaddaf Waterfront. The hotel offers a comfortable and pleasant experience overall. Cleanliness, service, and amenities were all good and met expectations. The staff were polite and helpful, making the stay smooth and stress-free. The location is also convenient, though not exceptional, but still suitable for getting around Dubai. Overall, a solid choice for a comfortable stay, especially for couples. I would consider staying here again."

"When I arrived, the room I had originally booked was unavailable, so I was upgraded to a suite instead. The suite was well equipped, with a fridge, kettle, tea and coffee provided. Amenities included soap, shampoo and body wash, as well as a toothbrush and toothpaste (though there was no conditioner). Everything was clean and functional. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I was also able to book a ticket to the Museum of the Future through a tour agency at the hotel. The price was higher than the official ticket (250 vs 169), but as tickets were sold out on the official website, it was still a convenient option and better than missing out entirely. Breakfast was good, with plenty of options and generally good quality. Overall, a comfortable stay with helpful service and solid facilities."

"Right next to the Burj Khalifa, in an area where every inch is precious, 1200 a night offers decent value for money. The room was small, and cleanliness was just okay, but the service was good. There's a construction site nearby, so I recommend taking the hotel's free shuttle to Dubai Mall – it only takes 5 minutes. Walking there yourself will make you question your life choices! The hotel also offers shuttles to Al Seef (the Iranian town), Souk Madinat Jumeirah, and the beach. I'd advise planning your schedule around these shuttles to save a lot on taxi fares, as taxis in Dubai are really expensive! The breakfast selection was limited and didn't really cater to a Chinese palate; I suggest just ordering a sunny-side-up egg, at least that's edible. The Dubai chocolate in the hotel's small shop is cheaper than in Dubai Mall, so I recommend buying it there."

"This hotel is one of the best for business travelers. I like the room was clean It’s definitely worth the price for the quality you receive. Starting from the security team, Bahaa and another gentleman were very helpful when I arrived for check-in — they were truly excellent. However, the food and beverage could be improved. I noticed some dirty cups during breakfast, and the food was just fine, nothing particularly special. Anyway over all was good."

"This hotel is close to Terminal 3, but you can't walk there due to a wide road that cannot be crossed. You either have to take a taxi or use the hotel's free shuttle bus. The shuttle departs from the T3 shuttle bus area every hour, around 5 minutes past the hour. From the hotel, it departs 5 minutes before the hour (at :55). The ride to the airport takes about 5-6 minutes if there's no traffic. A taxi can be a bit pricey, costing around 60-65 AED! The information on Trip.com was incorrect; it stated there was no shuttle bus, which led me to take a taxi from T3! I've included a picture as proof and hope Trip.com provides accurate information when partnering with hotels to avoid unnecessary trouble and expenses for customers!"

"Location: 15 mins walk from business bay metro station (red line), 40min walk to Burj Khalifa. The location is fine. There are two 24hr supermarkets next door so very convenient  All of Dubai has new buildings going up, so no matter where you stay you will be around building work.  Clean: Room is clean, however on one day we found the towels were not placed tidy and there was sand on the floor that was not cleaned.  Room: We got upgraded to a Deluxe room, it's big. Room has fridge also which is a plus. Large wardrobe, desk area and large shower / bathroom.  Breakfast Much variety of breakfast, including a chef who will cook for you. Really good choices for Asian (Chinese) pallet, Arab food and Western food.  Gym: Great gym, some cardio machines but a full weight stack on machines and a full dumbbell rack which is rare for hotel gyms.  They have a pool, but we didnt try it. There is also a Sauna room also.  Good Things: It's nearby enough to the station so it's easy to get to.  The room is large and clean and quiet  The AC is great, very quiet but still can make the room super cold if you want it. Bad things: It's what I describe as USA service, everyone is warm, friendly and available, but all seem to only do it if they expect a tip. I guess thats common Overall: The value of the hotel is good, the location is reasonable, the food is good and the service is acceptable. There is nothing wrong with the Hotel, but also nothing that screams Outstanding. "

"We stayed at Millennium Place Dubai Marina with my friend and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is modern, stylish, and very comfortable — exactly what you expect from a great Dubai stay. The location is excellent: just a short walk to Dubai Marina Mall, the promenade, cafes, and public transport. It was very convenient both for sightseeing and evening walks along the Marina. Our room was clean, spacious, and well-designed, with a comfortable bed and everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping was great and maintained a high standard every day. The staff were extremely friendly, polite, and helpful, always ready to assist with any request and make us feel welcome. Breakfast was tasty but not so varied. Overall, Millennium Place Dubai Marina is a perfect choice for a trip with friends — great location, excellent service, and a very pleasant atmosphere. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return again."
