"I stayed in room 2404 on the 24th floor, and the ocean view from the window was amazing. Since I was traveling with my furry friend, this hotel offered excellent value for money! They provide disposable bath towels and hand towels, and three bottles of water are replenished daily. Anything we needed, we just called the front desk, and they were always happy to help. It was a very comfortable stay, mainly for a 'staycation' where I could take my pet for walks on the beach in the mornings and evenings. A truly comfortable hotel, highly recommended!"

"I stayed in the Giraffe room, which was a good size. Being located inside the park was very convenient, and the service was polite and responsive. The park itself is excellent. Food and drinks are surprisingly affordable for a theme park; a bottle of Oriental Leaf tea only cost 8 yuan. Although there was a peak season surcharge, it included two days of park tickets, allowing for unlimited fun. After checking out, we could store our luggage and continue enjoying the park. The variety of food and drinks was extensive and reasonably priced. Breakfast was very crowded, but the dishes were truly top-notch, with items like pork sandwiches, seafood congee, seafood noodles, crayfish, and stewed beef, among other impressive options. The quality was truly excellent. We had two full days of fun without repeating anything. It was great, and I'll definitely book a different room type next time to try it out."

"Located outside Aranya, the surrounding area is a bit desolate, making it suitable for business trips. For a vacation, the overall experience might be less ideal. It's clean and tidy, with excellent value for money overall. The lighting is very white and direct, which was a bit uncomfortable. It's a convenient 10-minute taxi ride to Aranya. However, on the way back at night, there are no streetlights, so female travelers should be cautious and mindful of their safety."

"This is my second stay at this beachfront hotel, and the experience is still absolutely fantastic! 👍 It's so close to the coast, you feel like you can almost reach out and touch the waves 🌊. In the morning, I love watching the sunrise from bed, as the morning sun slowly rises over the sea, filling the room with a soft, incredibly healing light ✨. Stepping out of the hotel, it's just a one-minute walk to the beach. You can set up tents for free there ⛺, and I really enjoy the feeling of diving into the sea and embracing the waves – it's a wonderful way to clear your mind. (Oh, and the hotel provides free swimming rings 😉). Finally, I really want to mention that the owner is still as warm and attentive as ever. Both at check-in and check-out, they thoughtfully offer homegrown fruits 🍉. These small, warm gestures are hidden in every little detail 💛. Here, you can shake off the weariness of the world and let the sea breeze soothe your mind and soul~ ❤️"

"Everything was great, except for a strong, eye-stinging smell from renovations when we first walked in. After running the air purifier for a bit, the smell disappeared. I was initially surprised to see such a large air purifier, but then I understood why it was there! We kept it running 24/7 during our entire stay, which was excellent – the hotel really thought of everything. The service and breakfast buffet were both very good, and there's a swimming pool too. There's also a small convenience store inside the hotel, which is handy for buying things. The only downside is that there aren't many washing machines, so everyone was queuing up to do laundry. One time, I had to wait until 1 AM to finally get my turn. I hope the hotel can think of a way to improve this aspect."

The location is excellent, making it convenient to get around. The facilities are comprehensive, and the overall atmosphere is great. The hotel offers fantastic value for money, making it perfect for either a relaxing getaway or a short vacation. This stay was incredibly comfortable and the experience was top-notch. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Beidaihe, and I highly recommend it to everyone."

"Arcadia is a well-established entertainment complex with meticulously maintained pools, lawns, and beaches. We booked a pet-friendly room, and upon check-in, the resort arranged a shuttle to take us to Zone 3. The room was incredibly spacious, with great natural light, and they even provided a pet welcome kit, which thoughtfully included tick repellent spray. Right outside our door were a lawn and a pool, which our dog absolutely loved, and our child had a blast too. It's definitely a top choice for family trips! Our personal butler regularly checked in to see if we needed anything, which was a very thoughtful touch. All in all, I highly recommend Arcadia!"

"Holiday Inn Changli Gold Coast The location is particularly good, just by the sea, go out and cross the road to the beach and the sea, it is very convenient to walk on the beach at night and watch the night view. The hotel room is large, the bed is very comfortable to sleep, and the sanitation is very clean. My favorite is the balcony of the room. The view is very good. Sitting on the balcony, blowing the sea breeze and listening to the sound of the waves, the whole person is relaxed. I can see the sunrise on the sea in the room early. The scenery is really beautiful. Service attitude is very good, check-in is very fast, and problems can be solved in time. There is also a small play area downstairs, families with children should like it very much, parking is also convenient."

After contacting the butler, Wendy, and explaining the situation, she immediately coordinated with the cleaning staff to search the areas. After retrieving the item, she kept it properly and promptly notified me to pick it up. The process for handling lost items was standardized and reliable. For daily needs such as replenishment of room supplies and equipment maintenance, messages were responded to promptly, and on-site processing was efficient. After completing the check-out procedures, the butler proactively followed up online to comprehensively understand the pros and cons of my stay. I reported that the public area lighting at night was insufficient, causing inconvenience for passage. Wendy fully recorded this feedback and stated that she would coordinate with the engineering team to investigate and adjust each item. The butler's service awareness is strong; she doesn't shirk responsibility, actively collects guests' suggestions for improvement, and follows up on reporting them. The service is professional and attentive, and I am very satisfied."
