"I booked a suite, and upon arrival, it was upgraded to a two-bedroom apartment. The space was huge, with a sea view and a large terrace. It was quite clean. You could tell the decor was a bit dated and showed its age. Hot water was provided by a water heater, so for three people showering, you had to be quick. If there are more people, I'd suggest booking separate rooms, as there wouldn't be enough hot water. The hotel is very close to the beach, and there's a wash-off area at the entrance to rinse off sand, which is very convenient. They provide some sand toys like buckets, shovels, and clamming tools, on a first-come, first-served basis. There's also an entertainment castle, which isn't very large and tends to have more older kids, so it's not ideal for toddlers under 3. The hotel's restaurant can prepare children's meals without seasoning. Breakfast was also abundant. The local seafood was quite fresh, and steamed dishes were common. Service: Free drinking water is provided. When I called the front desk for something, it was delivered very quickly."

"It was really crowded during the summer holidays, but everything at the hotel was well-organized. The room was clean and comfortable, and the two-day park tickets were included, so no need to buy them separately. The butler service was excellent; they answered all my questions promptly. The atmosphere within the park was fantastic. Breakfast at the Lemur Restaurant was very rich and delicious – the hamburgers, meat patties, and fried cakes are a must-try! If you have time, I'd recommend staying two nights, as one night feels a bit rushed for all the activities. My child had such a blast at the giraffe pool that they didn't want to leave."

"Everything was great, except for a strong, eye-stinging smell from renovations when we first walked in. After running the air purifier for a bit, the smell disappeared. I was initially surprised to see such a large air purifier, but then I understood why it was there! We kept it running 24/7 during our entire stay, which was excellent – the hotel really thought of everything. The service and breakfast buffet were both very good, and there's a swimming pool too. There's also a small convenience store inside the hotel, which is handy for buying things. The only downside is that there aren't many washing machines, so everyone was queuing up to do laundry. One time, I had to wait until 1 AM to finally get my turn. I hope the hotel can think of a way to improve this aspect."

It perfectly balances tranquility with accessibility. As a new hotel opened in 2025, all the facilities are brand new. The rooms are spacious, and the deep sleep amenities truly live up to their reputation – full blackout curtains and high-end bedding ensured an exceptionally peaceful sleep. The rooms are equipped with a BOSE speaker and a smart toilet, and the minibar drinks and snacks are complimentary. Every detail exudes quality. The public areas are designed with a strong artistic flair, and the lobby scent is luxurious. The outdoor pool, gym, and meditation space are all well-appointed, so even if you don't want to go out, you can still have a very comfortable stay within the hotel. The restaurant on the first floor offers delicious food, and the breakfast selection is extensive. The service was gentle yet discreet.
