"The biggest feeling I had after staying at Xiahe Tianzhu International Hotel can be summed up in two words: stress-free. The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from Labrang Monastery, and right on the main street, making it convenient for dining and shopping. The hotel is quite new, with a charming ******* style. The rooms are clean and warm, which is super important for a good night's sleep at this altitude. The breakfast selection is rich, with ******* buns and butter tea, which were enjoyable. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and helped us with many route questions. Parking was also convenient, so no worries if you're driving. In a small place like Xiahe, finding a hotel with such new facilities and great service is genuinely highly recommended."

"We chose this guesthouse for our family trip to Gannan during the May Day holiday. The owners are a kind and friendly ******* family. We were fortunate enough to be the first guests to experience the guesthouse, which had just been renovated. Location: Located in a small alley in the center of Labrang Town, with parking available in front. The alley leads directly to the town's main street, with abundant commercial facilities. The family lived next door, making communication easy. Amenities: The suite we booked had underfloor heating throughout, which was perfect for the still chilly May Day holiday. The bathroom had an electric water heater, although the water pressure was a bit low, it was sufficient for washing. Other amenities were also provided, including an electric kettle, hair dryer, and tea set. Cleanliness: Overall, the cleanliness was good. Disposable towels were provided, and there was no noticeable dust in the room. Service: The family was very welcoming. They proactively helped with our luggage upon arrival, and there was a traditional ******* ceremonial scarf (khata) presented at the entrance, making us feel very comfortable. The owners even took the initiative to show us how to make tsampa (roasted barley flour). They responded promptly to any needs we had for amenities. The next day, breakfast consisted of homemade porridge, steamed buns, eggs, and side dishes. When it was time to leave, the whole family came out to see me off, a truly heartwarming moment."

"As our journey around Gannan drew to a close in Xiahe, I found myself only concerned with cleanliness when choosing accommodations, which rarely met my expectations. However, this guesthouse, which I hadn't held out much hope for, exceeded my expectations in every way. It was spotless, the kettle looked brand new, the bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the room was completely odor-free. The service was also outstanding; they proactively upgraded our room, helped with our luggage, and even offered extra bottled water when they learned we were dining in the room. It was excellent value for money, and I will definitely choose this guesthouse again next time I visit Xiahe."

"The hotel is currently getting renovated so every room on our level was getting drilled and sawed and hammered. The room smelled very strongly of sewage. Upon arrival, there was a towel with dried blood/booger hanging in the bathroom. The bathroom didn't have soap so we had to use the shower gel to wash hands. Pros: The older reception lady spoke English. The location is next to the monastery."

"My stay at the Norbesor Hotel in Xiahe truly exceeded my expectations! The location is absolutely fantastic, super close to Labrang Monastery. You can easily walk to see the temple's night view, and it's incredibly convenient for exploring and dining out. The area is also very peaceful. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and I could see distant mountain views right from my window. The facilities were complete, and the Tibetan-style decor was very distinctive, making for a very comfortable and restful stay. The ******* food at the hotel was such a delightful surprise! Their signature hand-pulled lamb was tender and flavorful, and the dipping sauce was incredibly aromatic. The portions were generous, and the taste was authentic. Plus, there were cultural song and dance performances, allowing us to experience local culture while dining. The front desk and restaurant staff were all very warm and helpful, responding quickly to any issues. My entire stay was comfortable and worry-free. "The service was so warm. They even presented us with Hada after we arrived. We were the only family staying in the hotel during the off-season in winter, but the service was not slack at all. The boss turned on the heating in our room in advance and prepared fresh yak yogurt, snacks and many other things. He really cared about us. I originally wanted to eat in the county town, but I ate directly in the hotel, which was also very good. The whole manor is very large. It is recommended that everyone stay here during the peak season. We will come again."

"The room is normal and the parking lot behind is quite large. Originally the room faces the street (yin side). After seeing it, the front desk was asked to change to the back (yang side) to the parking lot. The room has heating at night, it is hot and very good. The hotel is tens of meters from the gate and the county people's hospital. If there is a high reaction, you can walk past to inhale oxygen. The emergency doctor service is in good spirits and the attitude is very good. Walk tens of meters forward, there is a restaurant where the lamb and Tibetan fried rice are delicious.
