"The room was spacious, allowing my children plenty of space to move around. The hotel is very child-friendly, providing a baby bathtub, kids' shower gel, and a cot. We were on a self-driving trip, and there's a parking lot outside. The only minor drawback was that the air conditioning was stuck at 26 degrees Celsius. However, the hotel promptly moved us to another room which was slightly cooler. Breakfast was included and tasted great, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this stay and would definitely come again."

"✨ Thoughtful touches: Stepping into the room, the cool air conditioning was a welcome relief from the heat. Turning on the AC beforehand was a fantastic bonus. 🛏️ Sleep quality: The mattress, pillows, and comforter were all incredibly soft and comfortable. Once I lay down, I didn't want to get up, and I slept wonderfully. However, the mattress was a bit too soft, causing it to sink in slightly. Space and amenities: Both the room and the hot tub in the bathroom were huge! The only downside was that the shower was inside the hot tub, so you had to finish showering before filling it for a soak. The TV volume, even at the lowest setting of 1, was still a bit loud, so I ended up muting it. The sink was located outside the bathroom, which might be a matter of personal preference. 🌐 Internet connection: The in-room Wi-Fi kept disconnecting. I had to remove and reinsert the key card to restart it for a stable connection. The location is fantastic, right next to KFC, with Mos Burger and Yishunxuan just a 1-minute walk away. Starbucks isn't far either. The room price was very reasonable, and the space was generous. It's a comfortable place I'd definitely want to visit again!"

"The hotel is incredibly close to the night market, just a short walk away. The best part is the free bicycle rental service, which makes exploring the surroundings or grabbing snacks super convenient! The front desk and housekeeping staff were all very friendly and polite, making us feel completely at ease. While the breakfast didn't offer a huge variety, every dish was exquisite and delicious. I especially recommend the hot, freshly stir-fried vegetables – they were fantastic, and the staff were incredibly quick to refill, so you never had to worry about running out. Overall, our stay was wonderful and offered great value for money. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend it for our next trip!"

"The hotel staff were all very polite! They would proactively greet guests, and their attitudes were consistently good and courteous. The room was spacious, and the bed was large with just the right firmness, paired with fluffy pillows for a very comfortable sleep. The welcome snacks were generous and thoughtful! All facilities were clean and tidy. The breakfast selection was incredibly diverse, almost like a lunch buffet! I would definitely visit this hotel again. It was a wonderful relaxing experience 😊"

"We originally stayed at Just Sleep Jiaoxi with a tour group, and later booked an additional room through the platform. It turned out to be an excellent decision! Compared to the fast pace of the group tour, extending our stay at Just Sleep was incredibly relaxing and comfortable. I must commend the current service team at the hotel; they are truly outstanding and provide excellent service quality. A big thank you to General Manager Vera Yang for her professionalism, thoughtfulness, and meticulous care. Gina at the front desk always greeted us with a radiant and friendly smile, offering wonderful service. Tony was highly efficient in his assistance, and Cathy in reservations showed great emotional intelligence in understanding and helping us. The hotel's location is perfect. Although it's within the scenic area, the surroundings are incredibly peaceful, with lush greenery and a gentle stream – perfect for a leisurely stroll. The breakfast ingredients were clearly carefully selected for their high quality and delicious taste. The hot spring tub in the room is very spacious, complemented by large glass windows, allowing you to enjoy the green trees and distant mountains while soaking – truly relaxing. The lobby offers complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks. Sipping coffee while gazing at the green vegetation outside truly felt blissful. This hotel is truly a highlight of our trip; Just Sleep is fantastic! We look forward to staying here again!"

"The sodium bicarbonate beauty hot spring and bath crystal salt experience were quite good. In the afternoon, there are small refreshments available in the lobby. The breakfast at 1F Ming Chu Buffet (6:30 AM - 12:30 PM) can easily be enjoyed as a brunch. The R floor rooftop Sky Bar offers 360-degree panoramic views. The downside of the accommodation is its proximity to the railway; lower floors or specific room types may easily hear the operational sounds of passing trains. It's recommended to request a higher floor when booking and try to avoid consecutive holidays to ensure the most comfortable vacation experience!"

"The room was simply refurbished and the soundproofing was decent. Breakfast wasn't great; one day I had bread that seemed to be from a night market, along with some cold vegetables. The second day was just cold vegetables and pan-fried buns. I really wish the food was hot. Also, the shower curtain couldn't completely block the view from outside, and since the glass faced the street, showering felt quite stressful 😓"

"I had a very satisfying stay at OA Hotel Wushigang. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious, and had excellent natural light. My favorite part was the hotel's proximity to Wushigang. Stepping out, you're greeted by ocean views, and you can even catch a beautiful sunrise in the morning – truly a therapeutic view. The public facilities are well-maintained, and the overall environment is very relaxing, perfect for a slow-paced getaway. The staff were friendly and courteous. Both check-in and check-out processes were smooth, making for a thoughtful service experience. There are also many great dining options and attractions nearby, making it suitable for couples, families, or friends traveling together. It's a hotel I'd love to revisit and gladly recommend to family and friends!"

"This hotel makes for a stress-free trip. You can easily grab food and drinks right at the hotel, and it's conveniently located close to the city center. It's a shame there's no pool, otherwise, the kids would have had even more fun. I've stayed in Su'ao and Taroko before, but this is my first time staying in Yilan."

The hotel's breakfast was just average, mostly boiled vegetables and cold dishes. Meat-eaters might not find it satisfying. The room thoughtfully provided two bottles of water, the bed firmness was just right, and the soundproofing was excellent, leading to a great night's sleep."
