There were a lot of gnats and mosquitoes in the bathroom because the mesh screen over the ventilation shaft was broken and couldn't close. However, it's close to The Mall and 7-Eleven. The front desk staff were very friendly and cheerful, and the lobby area was clean."

From the moment I arrived, I felt that the hotel offered very good value for money, especially considering its convenient location and easy access to public transportation. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is definitely the location. It is very close to the Airport Rail Link, which makes traveling to and from Suvarnabhumi Airport extremely convenient. It was also easy for me to travel around Bangkok without having to spend too much money on taxis. The location is especially useful for travelers who want to explore different parts of Bangkok while staying somewhere affordable. The room was comfortable and spacious enough for my stay. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the room had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I also appreciated having complimentary drinking water and the basic facilities provided in the room. For the price I paid, I think the room was definitely worth it. The hotel staff were another positive part of my experience. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, polite, and helpful. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, the staff were willing to help. Good service can make a big difference when traveling, and I was happy with the service I received during my stay. I also really liked how convenient the area around the hotel was. There are restaurants, convenience stores, transportation options, and other useful places nearby, so I never felt like I was far away from everything I needed. For me, the best things about this hotel were the location, transportation convenience, friendly staff, comfortable room, and reasonable price. It is a great choice for budget-conscious travelers, solo travelers, couples, and anyone who wants to spend more time exploring Bangkok rather than spending a lot of money on accommodation. "I stayed in a SPACE ZONE 72nd-floor room for the first time. The daytime view from the room was breathtaking, and the nighttime view was incredibly beautiful. I think this hotel is worth staying in for its high-floor rooms. The 84th-floor rotating observation deck is also free to use, and the 360-degree panoramic view is superb. On the morning of the second day, the shower water was cold and the drainage was poor, but when I asked at the front desk, they fixed it properly while I was out sightseeing during the day. So, I think their response to issues is excellent. Breakfast can also be enjoyed at the restaurant on the 81st floor, which offers great views. Considering the price, it's a hotel worth staying at, and I would like to stay here again when I'm in Bangkok."

"It was more than a wonderful stay — honestly even much better than we expected. For this price, the hotel is truly unbeatable. Every morning there is a buffet with a mix of Western and Asian cuisine, which is great because there is something for every taste. The hotel also offers a free gym and a pool. Another very convenient feature is that you can use the washing machines and dryers for a very small price. Since our flight arrived very late at night, we were worried that checking in might be difficult, but it was absolutely no problem to check in in the middle of the night. Everything went smoothly. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming — it is honestly hard to describe how kind they are. We were also very impressed by how quiet the rooms were inside, making the stay very relaxing. I usually do not use housekeeping services, but what really surprised me was that even without requesting room cleaning, they hung a bag with two new water bottles and toilet paper on the outside door handle. It was such a thoughtful detail and meant we did not even have to ask for anything. The internet was also very good, and the mini fridge cooled extremely well — much better than we have experienced in most other hotels. Overall, it is truly a wonderful hotel and we would definitely stay here again."

"Very convenient location. There was a 7-11 and a bus stop in front of the hotel. The hotel also provided an hourly free shuttle service to the bts Phrakanong station. Amazing rooftop bar. Great breakfast. There was also a laundry facility on the first floor and if prefer there was also a laundromat with larger machines about 5 min walk away behind the hotel."

"A cozy spot with amazing views and a fantastic location. My friend and I stayed at this hotel for two days and absolutely loved it! If you're looking for the perfect balance of price and quality in Bangkok, this place is a real gem. What we particularly liked: - Location: This is the main highlight. The hotel is very close to ICONSIAM. We could walk to one of the city's best shopping malls in just a few minutes. Super convenient for shopping and evening strolls. - Atmosphere: The hotel is really cool and cozy. You feel right at home inside, not like you're in some impersonal hotel. Perfect for a short getaway. - Rooftop view: Absolutely delightful! There's a great rooftop terrace where you can sit in the evening. The view is stunning – an excellent spot to take photos or just enjoy a coffee. - Price: For this location and level of comfort, the price is incredibly budget-friendly. - Staff: Kind, friendly, and helpful employees. Bottom line: Clean, cozy, affordable, and extremely convenient. We'll definitely be back!"

"I visited for a business trip and was very satisfied with the staff's service, cleanliness, and facilities. However, most of the hotel guests are Chinese, and the soundproofing is poor, leading to significant noise issues."

"A nice hotel, reasonably close to Central One and other shopping centers. Two very beautiful swimming pools, but the filter pump seemed to be off when we were there (or couldn't handle it), as the water was very dirty. The room was spacious and the beds were good. Free bottled water in the room and friendly staff. We paid a lot for what we got, but we booked late, so that's probably why. There's a wide selection for breakfast, and they have containers with lids to keep flies away (I didn't see any) and the food warm. Unfortunately, everything was lukewarm at best. Fresh omelets are made to order."
