Ascott Stays in Chengdu

Traveling to Chengdu with my whole family, staying here made our experience absolutely perfect! The rooms are spacious, so our large family didn't feel cramped, and the kids had plenty of room to play. The location is also excellent – super convenient for both sightseeing and finding places to eat. What truly touched us was the attentive service. Sylvia was incredibly helpful during check-in, patiently answering all our questions and making us feel like she was a friend. The front desk and housekeeping staff were also very efficient and enthusiastic. Staying here offered both the convenience of a hotel and the warmth of a home. Five-star recommendation, without a doubt!

The room was spacious, and I really liked the thoughtful design of the entrance – you don't directly see into the room when you open the door. It came equipped with essential appliances like a fridge, microwave, and a washer-dryer combo, which was perfect for light cooking. The room offered a wide-open view, facing Qinwang Lake. During the May Day holiday, there was even a light show on the building across the lake, making for a fantastic view. The front desk staff who handled my check-in was very welcoming and had already discussed my needs beforehand.
