A recommended SOHO room for small family

Has to be the best place we have stayed in China, location is amazing with a mall across the road and a huge old industrial area that has been converted into one of the best outdoor walking malls we have been to. It's only a 5min walk from the metro. The manager is very nice and will go out of his way to make sure everything is organized. The unit is modest in size but has what you need. If you like to cook you may need to grab a pot and utensils from the mall, very cheap to buy. But the food available at the doorstep is never ending. Shower works well and unit is as per photos.

Good value for money. Great location. Host is very accomodating

Satisfied with cost performance. Only the toilets are not to my liking. Because it is not separated from the bath at all. Overall, it is approved.

Owner was friendly and welcoming. Was a bit difficult to locate the hotel but it is located at a busy area with lots of shops and restaurants. Room was thoroughly cleaned and proper lighting in the bathroom for pics.

Everything is great except for hot water, there’s no hot water but all are nice, great location and busy area, close to train station and huge mall across from the hotel. Washing machine available but if there’s a dryer even better

Nice rooms, good city view, and great service. I would stay again when I go back to Chengdu. Absolutely recommended!

Nice hotel inside the apartment

good location, lots of food options nearby in the daytime, not so much at night. washing machine was handy, and the dryer setting in the toilet helped to dry clothes faster. bed was softttt, only wished there were more places to hang clothes. value for money!

The apartment has a great view of the city and lies in a good area. The room is spacious with a comfortable bed, nice and clean bathroom, and there’s even a washing machine with detergent. There are good local restaurants nearby and it’s easy and inexpensive to reach the panda base from here by taxi. I’d happily stay here again another time.

The apartment is quite big with a great view of Chengdu and the area. The bed was nice and firm, the bathroom was good and clean and generally the room was spacious. There was a washing machine with detergent so we could clean our clothes which was convenient. The owner was friendly and helpful though we were confused to why we had to go the police station (in Chengdu you apparently have to register on the police station, at least that's what we were told?) but he did all the talking, we just had to follow. The area is nice and hip, and it's not too far from the Panda Breeding and Research Park (which is great!) and there are restaurants very close by.

The rooms are very good, clean and the location of the hotel is good. ห้องพักดีมาก สะอาด และทำเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมก็ดี. 房间很好，很干净，酒店的位置也很好。
