New hotel, great view. Bed, coffee, tea, toiletries were of good quality. Breakfast was great too.

It is a good hotel but the aircon on the room is super weak… But hotel staff are really nice, arranged two fan for us.

Will Lan our front desk supervisor is really helpful during our check-in process, and even upgraded our room to suite for our one night stay in LangBo! We were so pleased with this hotel facility. Will definitely pick Langbo again whenever here for the great service and location to the Taikoo Li and other place of interests. Breakfast spread is really great with a 38 floor view of the city. Perfect stay.

The hardware is good but more can be done from service standpoint as well as offerings. Room was hot and while they promptly provided a fan, the noise from the fan greatly lowered the comfort of the room. Welcome fruits did not look fresh and indeed looked like the farthest thing from a 'Welcome'. Minibar drinks included nothing but sugary can drinks that are obviously cheap and mediocre for such an establishment. I found a hair in the notebook left on the side table next to the bed. The hair was still there after staying 5 nights. Breakfast was a complete mess and disaster - coffee machine was down and there was a shortage of milk for a while. Restaurant staff were unapologetic about the situation which is completely baffling. Kudos have to be given to the restaurant manager who apologised profusely and tried to make amends but alas, in the overall scheme of things, it would take so much more to save this sinking ship of a hotel.

Big thank you to Jarryd in Concierge who helped me book tickets to the Panda Base before I even got there. He went out of his way to make everything as best as it could be. The hotel is in a great location once you know how to get there, super close to the CBD. Spotless clean and spacious.

Excellent as always, this is my second time here. First time was upgraded to a suite. This time was given a mansion room. The hotel is excellently located near Taikoo and Chunxi. Beautifully decorated and classy

It is simply a great living experience. In fact, I originally planned to change to W Hotel, but because of the hotel's attentive service, I decided to stay. Hanna and Xiaolan are really considerate, especially Hanna who provided me with very attentive service when I extended my stay. I love Langbo Hotel. If I am lucky enough to return to Chengdu, I will choose this hotel again.

Staff was attentive & helpful. The hotel is conveniently located. Short walk to Taikoo Li.

Hotel is located close to taikoli so it is convenient for good restaurants and shopping. The service is very good, Taylor was very helpful with suggesting restaurants, places to visit and accommodate our requests. One improvement could be on the Breakfast time, it should close at 11 instead than 10.

The hotel is located in the central of the city with spacious room and great service. Natalia & Taylor are very friendly and helpful.

Gorgeous new hotel with a fantastic view overlooking Chengdu. Only improvement is lengthening the breakfast time to 11am please. 10am is way too short for a weekend!!
