Location is good, close to bus station, it is in a quiet alley for a good sleeping 😴, lot of restaurants near by. Reasonable price will come back again.

Value added: quiet room and environments, conveniency to travel around, take meals and shopping. With 24 hours free beverages. Friendly and helpful stuff with fluent English spoken. Note: photos show both rooms for single and double (thanks for upgrade)

Very minimal basic room. But free flow of coffee or tea at rest area. Clean and tidy.

It was dirty throughout, our toilet bin was not emptied during our whole stay. Beds not made. Staff demonstrated a complete disinterest in us.

Had all the amenities, the breakfast was unique and delicious. Very close to the Chiang Rai Night Bazaar. Coffee shops and restaurants were fairly close. The staff was friendly and helpful. Free coffee and tea. There's also a terrace. I love it!
