Our room had its own play area, which the kids absolutely loved playing in. There's also a playroom on the second floor. The only slight downside is that parking fills up quickly, so if you arrive late, you might struggle to find a space. However, seeing how much fun the children had made it completely worthwhile!

The facilities were clean and comfortable, and the room was spacious. The design was very thoughtful, with attention paid to every small detail, from the room's layout to the overall flow. Even the hairdryer was good! The soundproofing was excellent! I would definitely stay here again!

The moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt a refreshing sense of comfort and ease. After completing the check-in, my body truly unwound, enhancing that feeling of relaxation even further. The next day, during check-out, any lingering tension I had melted away, leaving me completely relieved and calm. I will definitely be back!

The rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly. There's also a playroom for children. The only minor drawback was that the playroom is a bit small and can't accommodate many kids at once. Despite this, our overall experience was still quite good.

The location is great, and the rooms were comfortable and spotless. They provide shampoo and shower gel from the excellent local brand 'Shang Shan Cai Yao'. There's also a children's playroom. Overall, it was a fantastic stay. The only minor thing is that parking spots are limited, so it's best to arrive early to secure one. However, they do offer a 300 NTD parking subsidy.

The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and meticulously explained every detail. As we were a family needing two rooms, we greatly appreciated the upgrade to a quad room. The beds were comfortably firm, and the room was spotless.

A perfect hotel! The rooms were spotless. Parking is conveniently located right next door, and although it's an affiliated parking lot, a portion of the fee can be reimbursed after check-out, which is a great saving. I'll definitely stay here again if I get the chance to visit Chiayi in the future!

The location is superb, very close to Chiayi Train Station and also extremely close to the art museum. Fortunately, I was upgraded to a quad room on this stay, which included two double beds. The first-floor lobby offers a comfortable space to relax, and there's also a water dispenser available for refilling bottles. The room's amenities were complete and well-maintained, and it was spotlessly clean. This will definitely be my top choice for my next trip to Chiayi!

I stayed in a twin room. This is a great hotel; the lobby is very new, and the room was clean and bright. It's conveniently located not far from the station, and the surrounding area is quiet. Yonghe Market is less than a 5-minute walk away, and the Municipal Art Museum is just 3 minutes on foot. It would be even better if the price could be a bit lower (ideally under $2500 per night after new member and other discounts), and if there were more wardrobe space or a place to hang clothes. (Apologies, I forgot to take photos of the room during my stay. Breakfast is an additional charge.)

Parking costs extra here. Frankly, given this additional charge, I'd suggest considering other hotels in the area.

The price was affordable and the room was clean. The only minor downside was that the room window directly faced the adjacent building, which was a bit unfortunate. However, overall it was quite good!

Great location with a simple, clean environment. No superfluous cabinets, but ample storage. Rooms are comfortably sized and don't feel cramped. Highly recommend for families and friends on an overnight trip.

Excellent hotel service. The facilities are new and modern, and they even have a dedicated children's playroom. The location is fantastic – right next to the train station, an art museum, and a cultural and creative park. It's perfect for families of all ages.

The room was exceptionally clean – not a speck of dust on the nightstands, and the carpet was completely hair-free! I had booked a standard double room, but to my delight, they gave me a complimentary upgrade to a family room upon arrival, which was fantastic. Plus, with art museums and creative parks nearby, Lia Hotel is the perfect spot for a cultural or artsy getaway! ^_^
