I'm a regular guest at P' Ling's. I particularly love the pillows and mattress. Considering the very reasonable price, the comfort for a good night's sleep is well worth it. The location is also not too far, and the security staff provide excellent service.

The hotel staff are very friendly. Overall, our stay was pleasant—especially the bed, which was extremely comfortable and helped us sleep well through the night. However, offering a convenient breakfast service would make this place even better.

The rooms are clean and quiet. It's in a great location, close to many food options, and easy to get around. Plus, there's parking available.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the location was excellent. On the downside, there's no elevator, which guests with mobility issues or difficulty climbing stairs should definitely consider. The building itself feels like it was converted into a hotel rather than purpose-built, but that's not a major issue. However, noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms (especially doors opening and closing) can be quite audible.

The front desk staff provided excellent service, professionally assisting us and offering helpful information and recommendations. Overall, the hotel is well-equipped and offers great value for the price paid. I was very impressed and will definitely return for another stay.

The hotel is located directly opposite Park In Market, offering a huge variety of food options. It's also conveniently close to Bangsaen Toshin. However, at night, loud music from nearby venues can be quite disturbing. You have to wait until after midnight when the surrounding shops/venues close for it to become quiet. The bathroom design is quite unusual. There's no proper wet/dry zone separation, nor is there a raised curb or barrier to contain the water in the shower area. It only has a shower curtain, which means the entire bathroom floor inevitably gets wet.
