1.酒店位於白象路高層公寓，電梯空間很小，人多幾乎要很久2.去哪兒網評分5.0，後面發現刷分嫌疑很大，可參考評論時間與網圖。嚴重懷疑是節假日一鎚子買賣3.衞生條件很糟糕，一個2024開業的房間居然是這樣的環境4.下午3點居然才能入住，我們5點多到了還在保潔，味道很大。打電話給管家説不行就退單，然而春節根本無法再找到合適酒店，不得已將就一夜，幾乎聯繫不上人，也不回覆信息5.床居然沒有褥子，衹鋪了床笠和床單，又硬又涼幾乎一夜沒睡，去哪客服也聯繫不上人解決，純純去招罪6.打掃衞生阿姨態度全程黑臉，管家刪除我的微信。7.去哪兒網在這件事情上也很無力，對商家監管有重大失責，我已投訴315
