Seeing Lavande's excellent online ratings, I booked without hesitation. A staff member proactively called to communicate before check-in, and our experience once we arrived was fantastic. Staff are very helpful, especially the supervisor who gave us an excellent suggestion to take a car to Chongqing instead of the high speed train, and arranged for one that cost less than the cost quoted by other drivers.
