"The two separate beds we asked for to stay were given as one bed. Because they were sold to another in our other standard room, they had to give us a suite room. Then my friend and I had to sleep in the same bed. We wanted them to carry our room. They wanted us to evacuate in the other suite room. So we were emotionally tired. The toilet was beautiful. The breakfast was good. The dinner was also suitable and beautiful. The rooms that need to be developed are not sold to anyone else. Please first look at your room."

"Hotel doesn’t allow to cancel booking despite it’s about illness. I was unable to move due to high hill reaction in mount ericyes. Because I didn’t go see doctor and didn’t have medical proofs, my request of cancelling is rejected. I had to book another hotel nearby to rest for 1 more day….I understand the policy but was wondering if there could be better way to handle such case or respond to me faster than the 10 hours wait…"

"This place was disappointment after disappointment. We arrived at midnight on the 7th of September 2024 to an empty lobby. We had to go around looking for someone to check us in. When we were ushered to our room, it was swelteringly hot as there were no windows or A/C available. We booked a room with a pool which was freezing cold our entire stay so we couldn't use it, even after complaining to the reception. The shower was broken and the room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. Would not recommend at all. If you are considering staying here, save your money and go somewhere else."
