It is the second time stay at this hotel, very good and luxury hotel for rest and family trip. There's a pine forest next to the hotel where you can take a stroll, and the restaurant's environment is very beautiful.

Had a very pleasant stay here. A very good hotel to unwind from the hustle bustle Jakarta. The staff is so friendly and thoughtful. They use sensatia botanica for amenities. The hotel room super nice and comfy. Please don’t skip the breakfast, it’s so delicious. So many kind of food. It’s so worth every penny. And by the way we can use Pesona Alam facilities too. Super duper win win for us! 5 star stay.

For me this is the best hotel near from taman safari. Cleanlines and facility are superb.

From the moment we arrived, the resort exceeded all expectations. Nestled in a stunning natural setting with breathtaking views, this resort is the perfect mix of luxury, comfort, and serenity. The check-in process was seamless, and we were warmly welcomed with drinks and genuine smiles. Hasbi attended to us throughout the sty and he has been exceptional. Our room was beautifully designed with modern touches and local charm. Immaculately clean, it featured a plush bed, a spacious balcony overlooking the lush greenery, and all the amenities one could need—including a stocked minibar,a dreamy rain shower and a bathtub overlooking the scenery. What truly sets this resort apart is the service. Every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Pak Handy also come down on the 2nd day to check on our hospitality. From the attentive housekeeping to the friendly restaurant staff, everyone made us feel like VIPs. Speaking of food—absolutely delicious! Every meal was a culinary experience, with fresh ingredients, generous portions, and diverse options. Whether lounging by the pool with magnificent view and cooling weather and indulging in spa treatments, there was never a dull moment. The peaceful ambiance and pristine surroundings made it feel like we had found our own private haven. We left feeling relaxed, pampered, and already planning our return And recommending to our family and friends. If you're looking for a getaway that blends luxury with nature and top-notch service, this resort is it. Five stars all the way!

Good place... good service... good facilities... good staycation

Beautiful hotel with friendly and courteous staffs. Our room was clean, and we would receive surprise desserts daily. The breakfast buffet had extensive choices & was delish! Would definitely be our go to hotel in Bogor.

They have the best view!! You can swim in a pool with a very beautiful mountain view! There's a jacuzzi and kids pool too. Breakfast is also very good. Indonesian, Japanese, Western, Arabian, everything was tasty! You can try some activities too, like ATV rides, archery, mini golf, etc. The staff was also helpful, they won't let you walk and have an always-ready free shuttle. You can also have brunch or dinner at the Club Huis or The Lake House, an aesthetic place to eat with an aesthetic forest view. Will definitely come back!

We had great staycation here. Clean and comfy room, tasty food and easy parking.

Everything was amazing , I just have a comment on the beds and the blankets , bed was not that comfortable and the blanket was clean but old

The room is quite small for a 5 star hotel. The bed also small like only 0.8m (for twin bed) Doesn’t look like a 5 star hotel honestly… not worth the price i can say.
