My stay with hotel Quartier was just splendid. You felt like at home immideatly when you stepped through the door. The people feel like home and you feel really safe. I felt so really good there, my bed was on perfect location too, and I stayed quite long. I will never forget my experience. Also the breakfast was so good to have, you could see they work with love. I give all the stars. Please continue, I had such a good time with you. You were my nice home in Bilbao.

The room was small and the bunks were literally attached to each other. With something like 30cm space inbetween. Breakfast poor, virtually no facilities, small communal spaces. Staff friendly and located optimal.

It’s a great place to stay! Clean, modern, staff is very friendly and the location is just amazing! Next time I will come back! P.S. breakfast is included! It’s great!!

Used as an inn in Bilbao. The location is perfect, almost in the center of the city (a 5-minute walk from Casco Viejo station). I went to Guernica for about an hour (€3.4-) centering on this Casco Viejo station. 1 subway to Areeta station to World Heritage "Bizkaia Bridge" (less than 30 minutes, €1.85-). However, the facilities of the bunk bed are not good enough (I was able to charge it, but the charging port was protruding). The shower and toilet are also downstairs. I don't recommend it too much, but I don't think there is a problem with just the location and price.

В хостеле есть лифт, это очень удобно. Мне показалось грязновато по сравнению с альберге. Расположение удобное, общая зона достаточно просторная.

El personal era bueno y dispuesto a ayudar, lastima que parece más una pensión de gente malviviente que un hostel turístico. Tuve miedo.

Все прекрасно. Но не хватает занавески у спальных мест... И было б еще лучше!

Beds are poorly designed, bottom bunk is so low to the ground and has a fascia board across it which you hit your head on or your back or some part of your body every time. The pillows are like bags of cement. You have to make your own bed, no hardship but this was the first time I experienced that. Could be disruptive for others if you arrive late. Would it hurt the staff to acknowledge you when you walk in? Like a smile once in a while? The common spaces don’t seem to facilitate conversation, the dining area is so tight you can hardly get past each other. Nice idea to throw in breakfast but it’s just crap cereal, processed bread and the same fruit for 3 days gently rotting in the fruit bowl. 2 showers and 2 toilets for about 20 guests on my floor, running out of toilet paper and hand towels.

Pretty good enviroment, everything was so clean and confortable. Breakfast are really good too. The staff help us in a lot of things too like restaurant recomendations, places to visit, ways to go to the airport, they were so nice :). Highly recomended.

I stayed here couple nights. + very friendly staff + athmosphere at downstairs (common area) was very cosy + simple breakfast (toast, fruits, cereals, buisquits) + location at the middle of the old town - rooms very bit gloomy - the heating of the room was bit problematic: ac made upper beds hot, while bottom beads were still cold Could stay here again sometimes.

I relaxed friendly atmosphere. Our room was spotless and quite comfortable. An interesting mix of customers, young and no longer young. Breakfast included, which was a surprise. Now off to the Guggenheim.

The hostel is in the old town, so it's very convenient to go out, but the windows are old and you can hear too much of the voices from the streets! It is basic, the rooms have enough space for 6 people, the mattresses average. The bathrooms are too small for an entire floor. They don't have a stool or a shelf to put your clothes or your necessities on. There is no plastic mat for when you get out of the shower, so everything stays wet. Superficial cleaning and cleaning in the bathroom should be done at least 2 times a day. The bathroom doors are open up and down, and you are right in front of the only sink, so privacy is totally zero! Also something that they don't decorate it at all pretty and that there are pipes that pass above your head on all sides. The entrance hall is beautiful
