We were celebrating our friend’s birthday, and the lovely welcome selection of cakes was such a thoughtful touch. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even taking care of our bags when we arrived early. Breakfast was excellent, with great gluten-free options available, which was much appreciated. "We recently hosted our Family Reunion at the Bellbridge House Hotel in Spanish Point, and it was the perfect setting for a weekend with 65 family members coming together. From the very beginning, the staff were incredibly helpful. A special mention goes to Ken, who we worked with over email in the lead‑up to the event. He was always quick to respond, patient with our questions, and nothing was ever too much trouble. His support made the planning process so much easier. When we arrived, John, the manager, looked after us throughout the weekend. He handled everything with calm professionalism, and even when we had a few last‑minute changes on our side, he took them in his stride and made sure everything continued to run smoothly. The food and drink were excellent, and the hotel managed our large group with ease. Breakfasts were relaxed and well organised, and our Saturday evening dinner was a real highlight. The bar staff were friendly and welcoming, adding to the great atmosphere across the weekend. The hotel worked beautifully with our itinerary, from morning walks and ocean dips to our family quiz, dinner, and live music. Everything felt seamless, and we genuinely felt well taken care of. Overall, the Bellbridge House Hotel was a wonderful choice for our reunion. The staff, the service, and the warm hospitality made the weekend really special for all of us."

"We arrived around 5pm and were warmly welcomed by Brian, who showed us to our room right away. The lodge is newly renovated, very clean, and has a lovely cozy feel. Brian was very helpful and shared some great tips for visiting the Cliffs of Moher, which is just a short drive away. We also enjoyed a nice walk along the Doolin cliff trail before visiting the Cliffs. The next morning, we had a wonderful Irish breakfast. There was a good selection of bread, ham, cheese, cereals, yoghurt and juice, plus a hot breakfast cooked and served by Emily. Brian also made us a nice cup of coffee. Overall, it was a really pleasant stay. The lodge is peaceful and quiet at night, making it a very relaxing place to stay. Highly recommended!"

"It is about 20 minutes' drive from the cliff. It is said to be the most expensive hotel under the cliff. It is similar to a resort with a very good environment and some animals next to it. The hotel is a bit old, the hygiene and facilities are average, the room is large, the bed is very comfortable, and I am very satisfied with it overall."

"Pretty chilled vibe throughout our stay in Hylands. Staff very good, friendly and helpful and a great breakfast to set you up for a day of touring. lots to see in the local area and back for dinner in the evening, to find some great music in the bar to the front of the hotel... only downside ? We stayed during a heatwave, temps up to 32c, no aircon in the room so was very warm . hotel did supply a fan but was difficult to sleep. Overall we really enjoyed our few nights stay... and would stay again."
