"We booked this hotel as we needed an extra night before checking into our main holiday.
Pleasantly surprised at how lovely this place was. We had a pool level room with a huge terrace, very clean, well maintained. The only downside was only the bedroom had air conditioning and as we used the sofa bed (very comfortable) as well it was a really hot night!
Excellent y friendly service and the buffet breakfast was lovely. But a long walk and multiple lifts … but wow the view from up top was incredble.
We would definitely stay here again"

"The hotel is located right next to the bus stop from Maspalomas in the opposite direction, you have to walk to the center of Puerto Rico. Within a 5-minute walk there are several restaurants and a well-stocked Dino supermarket. Daily cleaning. Comfortable beds. Nice swimming pool with slightly heated water. At check-in, a mandatory deposit paid in cash, returned immediately at check-out."

"The location of the hotel is really quiet, but it is not convenient to travel. It is completely by taxi. If it is not a self-driving tour, it is still a prudent choice. But the hotel is really elegant, the room is also atmospheric, although the facilities are a bit old, but the room is still good, especially with a small balcony, and facing the swimming pool, very good, breakfast is a bit simple, but the things are delicious."

"Good Morning: The service was good, the facilities should be modernized at least to the level of quality. The food is very foreign oriented but all edible. The stay / coexistence regime is curious and frankly inconceivable by the circumstances. Communicated to the hotel management, they were understanding and did their part to make us feel more comfortable. Greetings and thank you. "

GGuest UserI've been around the world. Born in London. I'm Greek Cypriot, so I'm always in Cyprus. I'm living in Florida, so I'm used to top-end hotels. And I'm here. This hotel is a classic. It's perfect. It's everything you want with some sense of tradition and a bit of old school. The staff are amazing. The facility is wonderfully laid out. The cleanliness of food. Considering it's a busy place, it's well laid out. Even the gym, the diving, the cycling, higher that you can do at a professional level or an amateur level. You've got top-end bikes that you can cycle higher from here. It's right opposite the shops. It's perfect. For the money, you can't get better.

GGuest UserClean & comfortable beds, quiet & great free shuttle to nearest beach, great pool & spacious restaurant area. Good shop at front entrance, hotel is close to bars, cafe & restaurants, you can get a taxi to other parts of coast, 10mins to (Puerto Rico) where you can take lovely boat trips to other islands. Would definitely recommend staying here

GGuest UserThe service was excellent, both in reception and restaurant, but the services in the facility were a bit unfavorable in the sense that personally, as I was with my pregnant wife, I had a room on the lowest floor the first day, everything was fine because there is an elevator, but The rest of the days they had them out of service, which in a place like that I think can't go wrong. The gym was a bit poor and the only machine that it had did not work well, the impossible parking on the second day was that I was able to get one and pay it to the hotel, when you go to make a reservation you will see a buffet breakfast option for €4 that does not exist lol. The rest all good. I think that services such as the elevator should be guaranteed to keep them in optimal conditions.

It is difficult to get very high, the funicular is slow and often breaks down. Complete lack of soundproofing.
