"The room is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. It is convenient to travel around. The staff is friendly. You can walk to supermarkets and cafes and restaurants. Swan Lake is across the road. The scenery is beautiful."

"I am writing to express my disappointment regarding our recent stay at your hotel. Upon checking in at around 11:00 PM, the reception manager informed us that we could come anytime to use the microwave to heat our baby’s milk. On our first day, we clearly mentioned that we were travelling with a baby and would need access to a microwave. We were told that if one was not available in the room, we could use the restaurant facilities when needed. However, on another occasion, a different manager refused this request and told us that we were not allowed to heat food or baby milk. This inconsistency between staff members was very frustrating and inconvenient, especially as we were travelling with a young child. Additionally, we found the staff to be unfriendly and unhelpful. Whenever we approached them for assistance, we did not receive the support we expected. This made our stay quite uncomfortable. Due to this experience, I would not recommend this hotel to families with children, as the service provided was disappointing and lacked basic understanding and support. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your service for future guests. Thank you for your attention."

"The room had one double bed and two single beds, and the location was right across from Kings Park. On check-out day, we were able to temporarily park our car in their lot before heading to Rottnest Island. The only downside is that it's quite far from public transport (bus and train stations), so we had to use a ride-sharing service to get there."

"It was more than i expected. I love to stay at The Great Southern Hotel Perth. Eventhough just one night but i enjoyed it. The room is spotless, good maintanance, very modern. The receptionist was so helpful showing how to self check in as i never done it before. The location is close to restaurants, chemist and shops. Best!!!!!"

"Rooms are clean, located 5-minute walk from Murdoch station. Nearby neighborhood and area are mostly medical centers. One concern is that the room is incredibly dusty, see pictures 2 and 3 on how much dust accumulated within one night."
