"How to say it, this hotel is quite different. First of all, it is very new, the room is good, the bedding bath towels are very new, very comfortable, the room is relatively large, there is a super large balcony, outside is the swimming pool. But, the used cups are almost not washed, water, one day, no, ask the front desk, some say two bottles, some give several bottles. The location is a bit biased, take a taxi to the city seven or eight euros, there is also a station to go to the city and the pier, each two euros more. There is a supermarket next to it in five minutes and there are also high-end restaurants. There are many Russians living inside, and several at the front desk are also Russians. The breakfast was very general, people didn't feel much, but the waiter felt completely busy and had a good attitude."

"The entire hotel room and environment are not amazing, most resort hotels in Southeast Asia are better than it, but amazingly this hotel has 18 halls. The seafood hall by the sea tastes very good, very recommended, of course the price is quite high (compared to other hotels in Spain), France Guirado 2, the price is 10 euros, basically you can understand that the price is basically doubled."

"It should be a better five-star hotel in Marbella, but the experience is average and will not stay again. The picture of the Ctrip suite does not match the actual situation. It is actually a sofa in an ordinary hotel room, and the room has a musty smell. Ctrip indicated that it will open in 2020. I thought it was a new hotel. The actual decoration is relatively old. I don't understand why it is a hotel opened in 2020. The front desk service does not meet the five-star standard. The procedures are completed in the morning and the room card is picked up in the afternoon. There is a person at the front desk, very slow, and waited for a long time.
The advantage of the hotel is that there are many restaurants, it feels good to eat at night, the location is by the sea, and the walk is very comfortable."

"The environment is good, with the garden and the view facing the sea, the room is very large and comfortable, and the overall feeling is good. The service attitude was average. They stayed for a total of five days. Unless they changed rooms, they would not clean or provide drinking water. They were given two more garbage bags and dishwashing tablets."

"Stunning apartment that is very well equipped, clean and smart. Drinking water tap, tennis rackets and a well stocked kitchen all make for a stress free holiday. We have been coming to Senorio for 35 years and this is probably the nicest 2 bedroomed apart"

뭐뭐니1. Out of all the accommodations we stayed in during our 10-day trip to Spain, it was the most expensive but the worst
2. I paid in advance (including breakfast), but I went to check-in, but I said there was no payment, and I stood there for over 30 minutes. At this time, it was around 9:30 p.m.
3. Reservation details + card details + receipts, etc. are printed and shown. The staff tried to resolve it with the reservation company, but it didn't go well. He said he was sorry and said to go to bed, got the key and went to the room (moved by car)
4. I received two keys, but both of them opened the door. My husband got in the car and went to the front desk again to get them, but in the meantime, another one was missing.
5. I have to go to breakfast the next day, but no one contacted me to see if it was resolved or not. Since the hotel reservation company settled with the hotel, they said to go eat.
6. On the 1st day, after breakfast, they asked me to pay, and they said it was included, so they said yes.
7. On the 2nd day, I was leaving after breakfast, but the staff chased me out and asked me to pay.

AAL KabbajThe hotel grounds are really nice the feel of the place in general is great you feel on vacation... The people are great from the reception to the people at the bar, they go out of their way to make sure you have a good time, the service is exceptional. The rooms on the other hand could do with some decent sound proofing, I was awakened at 4 am by one of the neighbors deciding to continue the party in his room, with what appeared to be a ******...

GGuest UserApt RSEG. DO NOT ACCEPT ON CHECK IN. We had a young toddler with us. Our apartment was in a separate building across a road up a hill. This was not conducive to using the pool facilities. Given we had to go down the road anyway, we ended up going to the beach and paying to use so loungers. To access the pool from our building, you had to cross the road and carry the buggy down steps. It was not accessible. Our only outside space felt like a cage.
We had to sign an antisocial behaviour policy at check in. This gave false reassurance. We had a full blown party in the apartment above us. I complained to reception. No action was taken. There were no staff in our building to notice. I had to complain again the second night.
We had ants in our apartment. The response was to give us a can of insect spray.
The bathroom door was warped and would not close.
The bathroom shower leaked all over the apartment including the bedroom.. They came up and told us it was fine. No cleaning offered. It happened again the next morning. The bathroom door clearly showed damage so we were not the only ones to experience flooding. I again complained and they cleared the blockage. I had to ask again that they wash the floors given we had a toddler crawling on the filthy floors. The bedding was even wet from dragging in the flood.
Overall very disappointed.
The only redeeming aspect was one member of the front desk staff that was attentive and responsive when we spoke with him.

CC R 29The room is large, with a living room and a bedroom. It is a very good choice as a halfway point during a trip to Spain, where you can do laundry and cook. It is suitable for a family. The swimming pool is very good, but the hotel has a band playing until 10 o'clock in the evening. If you are an older family and want to go to bed early, it may be a bit noisy, but for us, listening to light music is very comfortable. Recommended for self-driving tours, you can park for free.
Check-out is required at 10 a.m., and extra time will cost you 10 euros. So remember to check out on time.

XXinnanWent for a holiday and happy with the stay. The hotel is located in a nice area, with clean room and facilities. Plenty of space to relax during the day,
Local area is convenient, with Carrefour in walking distance and a lot of restaurants. Though the restaurants near the beach are overrated and I would not recommend. Food in the hotel was good, with great value and flexibility. I could just turn up for a dinner and pay at the entrance without any prior booking or notice. I liked it.
Parking was very easy - just navigate to the hotel and you will see the entrance at the front door of the hotel. There is no way you would miss it. It cost 10 EUR a day.
However, do prepare for the mosquitos as there are plenty. I had to buy repellent and sprays in Carrefour to deal with the issue. And we had to shut the balcony during the dawn and night and decided not to use the balcony. The hotel should provide the basic facility for the mosquitos repellent, such as an electric repellent heater.

GGeorge OttGood location on ocean front, bills itself as four star but cheaps out on stupid stuff. They charge for ice in your room. They charge 1 euro for a pool towel. Stupid stuff like that. Felt like I was at a very low end place. It's like yep we have a room but if you want towels or bedlinens we will have to charge you extra!!! NO I SHOULD BE INCLUDED!!

GGuest UserLovely hotel, very clean and modern apartment. Unfortunately we were located above the ventilation for the laundry/technical room so not a minute day or night that didn't sound like we were next to a factory! We were in room 515 and really this room and the rooms above and below should be blocked off. Not only the constant noise but various smells, some nice....washing, some not so great.....school dinners!
We did ask to move rooms immediately but only 2 rooms with small double beds were offered and we liked the large twin beds.
Would definitely stay again but only if we could guarantee to be away from the ventilation system.
The only other issue... we fancied eating dinner in the restaurant one evening. On arrival, we asked if there were vegetarian options as it's a buffet. The guy told us to go to the snack bar!
Overall a great place for a holiday, just not in room 515!

XX~tinaThe most bare hotel I have been to. Kettles need to be rented for a charge + deposit. There are no cups or cutlery in the room. Mini fridge is empty. I think I can understand why the hotel went for such measures given the crowd that is staying there - too many wild screaming Britons. Breakfast tables have nothing but a cloth. Lounge chairs are bare plastic making them very uncomfortable to use. Most of the chairs are in fact not available for use because guests dump their towels to reserve them and then not show up for hours. Staff allow this behaviour. The loud entertainment went on till 23:30 (accompanied by partying guests next door) so if you want to sleep any time before that - forget it, it's like trying to sleep inside a night club. Beach towels are not provided, bathroom towels cannot be taken out so if you didn't bring your own - tough. It is a beach property but the beach is private and hotel guests do not get any discounts. The shower was hot and had good pressure but there was hair left in the drain. Beds seemed good at first but I woke up with back pain. Went up to take a look at the roof terrace which looked lovely but we didn't stay for a drink. All in all the hotel was not for us and certainly would not recommend it if you are looking for a relaxing place.

GGuest UserI cannot rate it high or low. I did not take up my booking because the booking went wrong and hotel was unwilling to assist. So I went elsewhere.
Somehow while in the process of booking my dates, the system defaulted the dates, finalizing the booking as arriving on my required check-out date.
I needed to be in 17, 18 Feb, checking out 19 Feb... But it booked me only for the 19th. I didn't notice until it
was too late. I tried to change the dates, there by giving the hotel 2 nights instead of just 1, but they would not adjust the booking. They were unwilling to look beyond their cancellation/modification policy. I therefore took my business elsewhere. Their short sightedness and bad business acumen annoyed me.

GGuest UserNice location with sea views from most rooms. Main pool is pleasant with plenty of sun beds and some parasols - it needs more parasols. Naked roof terrace Has a small infinity pool but again more parasols are needed. Bar service is pleasant and drinks are acceptably priced. Rooms are a decent size but basic. Bed is acceptable but certainly not the most comfortable. Cleaning was ok, but on a five night stay they didn’t change the bedding at all: On arrival there was a wet towel and previous customers T-shirt behind the bathroom door, so it certainly hadn’t had the comprehensive clean it should have had. The gym is ok, small and with limited equipment but it did for a short stay. There is also a Spa (payable) but I didn’t make use of this. Don’t overpay, it’s nice to be in a mainly *** hotel but its pricing reflects a ‘pink pound’ surplus for what it offers.
