"All the king-size rooms are on the first floor. The room is very damp. If you put things on the table for two hours, many ants will crawl on it. There is a layer of urine stain on the shower curtain in the toilet, which is hard to look at. I originally booked two nights, but I fled after staying for only one night. I will not come again. If you are alone and don't care about the environment, the price and location are acceptable. It is not recommended to travel with children. ps: There is a single bed and a double bed in the room. There is also a mobile bed under the single bed that can be pushed out for use. In theory, four adults can sleep. The window is a wooden frame, and there are iron window hooks and latches. I haven't seen this thing since the 1990s. What's exaggerated is that there is a window without a latch, and it can be opened casually from outside the room. I didn't tell my family on the first night, for fear that they couldn't sleep..."

"The location is excellent. The room you stayed in faces the beach and you can see the beautiful sunrise. There is a train station nearby (5-7 minutes walk), and you can take the train out of Sydney city center without driving. There are many attractive quality restaurants surrounding the hotel. This stay was very satisfying and unforgettable for my girlfriend and I. In addition, there are ample parking spaces in the hotel's basement, but the parking fee is A$30 per day, which is reasonable."

"The interior and the shower needs to be updated, very old and outdated. The floor in the shower fills up quickly and not running down the drain fast enough which was quite unpleasant to experience. The place needs heating or a heater as it can get quite cold during the winter. The queen bed was comfortable and warm and the room was spacious for 1 person. The reception is friendly and always smiling although it would be good to know in advance if my single bedroom that I booked for another booking so I didn't have to lugged 2 luggages and my handbag with my laptop into up and down the stairs as there are no lifts. I was surprised that a woman knocked on my door at 9:45am that she was ready to get into my room when in the booking, it says check out is 10am. That made check out a very annoying experience for me. The location is great as it's a short walk to the beach and Cronulla centre."
