"I recently stayed at Citadines DPulze Cyberjaya and had a comfortable and convenient experience. The location is excellent—right above the DPulze Shopping Centre, which makes access to food, shopping, and basic necessities incredibly easy. The studio apartment was clean, well-equipped with a kitchenette, and had a cozy workspace, which was great for both relaxation and work. Staff were polite and responsive, and check-in was smooth. The building also felt secure, with keycard access to the rooms and elevators. While the facilities like the gym and pool were adequate, they could use a little refresh. Housekeeping was regular but could be more thorough in some areas. Overall, it’s a great option for business travelers or short-term stays in Cyberjaya, offering good value and a strategic location."

"I stayed at this hotel on Thursday, July 3 for one night. This hotel is very new because there is construction going on around it. There are lots of parking spaces.The lobby area is very small. Two male receptionists named Sidney and Mirza were very friendly and helpful. This hotel is different because use fingers to access the room. Very interesting. The hotel room is very spacious, there are many TV channels to choose include YouTube, the air conditioning is good but the only thing I am very particular about is the cleanliness of the room. There is no mini bar fridge, water can be taken from the water dispenser provided outside the room, as well as an iron. Only 2in1 coffee is provided, amenities are only toothpaste. just a basic but its ok worth what I pay. The only thing I am very particular and concern about is the cleanliness of the room. The room is very dusty, the floor is not swept properly. There is hair here and there. And the bed linen seems not to have been changed or not washed properly. Everything else is ok, just please improve on cleanliness."
