Sheraton Langfang Chaobai River Hotel Reviews

In principle ok to stay, but after seeing the wc at the lobby, quite dirty, specially after closing the door… The breakfast seems to be good, but I am not eating, just having morning coffee and the coffee was just ok. And long waiting at the coffee machine, because there is just one. Unfortunately I had a noisy neighbour and didn’t sleep well due to that, but the bed was comfortable

We booked the hotel twice. Love it. Definitely will book it again. Quiet and clean. Great service. Highly recommended.

We are loyal supporters of the Marriott Bonvoy Group, especially the Sheraton Brand. Hence we looked forward to our first visit at this hotel. We were politely greeted by the front of house, upon arrival. Luke Liu was polite and greeted us in English, unfortunately not willing or able to add us to WeChat for ease of communication. The Hotel is quite literally in the middle of nowhere, and there are no amenities nearby. Transport to and from the hotel, is extremely costly, and not reliable. Thus, if you are reliant on public transport such as Didi or Taxi, perhaps, strongly reconsider visiting this circluded hotel. The room upon initial impact looked good. The bathtub is spacious and of high quality, however, the hot water was not hot at all. To make matters worse, the bathtub was leaking, and that spoiled the experience. In all honesty, the bed was very comfortable and the bedding was of high quality. The SPA that's advertised on Trip.com is no longer in use (yet, still being advertised). There is a massage service on the second floor, which is operated by a third party. I can strongly recommend this service, the lady was most courteous and professional, and provided a superb service. The Swimming Pool area was utterly disappointing, the "kiddies pool", did not have warm water, not warm enough at least. This area is also not well lit, and the facilities seem ailing. We were on time for dinner, at the Feast Signature Restaurant "Western Style". The food was delicious, the variety was relatively good, considering the ratio of clientele. Dinner and Breakfast, was good, and definitely what you would expect from the Sheraton Brand. Check inn and Check out, was prompt. Although the Restaurant and Independent Spa did not disappoint. I doubt that we will ever return to this branch, it's simple not worth it. Unless you happen to travel to the area for a specific reason, other than staying over at the hotel, don't bother.

Very good price for an excellent experience. The location is a bit odd but will become relevant once Dachang develops further. Soft beds and well appointed rooms. Friendly and professional service. Will come back.

The chef's cooking skills are very impressive, and every dish is very tasty. The hotel has a special car to pick up from Disney and the subway station, which is very convenient. The staff is very enthusiastic. I personally rate this hotel higher than Sheraton. I even think it would definitely get four stars if it had a bathtub. Thanks to the location of the hotel, the room is super quiet when the windows are closed at night, and you can rest well. This is the hotel with the best value for money and the best feeling in the past two years. I will stay here again next time I go to Disney (˵¯͒〰¯͒˵)

Beijing issued an orange warning for strong winds on the weekend, so our family of four came here to avoid the strong winds. It is very convenient to drive 19 minutes from home to this hotel. The buffet changed to a "Mexican style" this time, but I still look forward to eating the chef's stewed ribs and lamb ribs next time:) I have been here many times and will come again. Service: Compared with the full house during the holidays, it is more comfortable to stay on weekends. Allen, the guy at the front desk, prepared the room card in advance and checked in very quickly. In order not to go out for dinner or order takeout, we chose a set meal with dinner buffet, which is very suitable. The chef of the restaurant and his team, waiters Apple, Leo, and the big sister wearing reading glasses are still enthusiastic about their work. I secretly looked at their name tags~ Facilities: Although it is not a new hotel, we did not encounter any broken or old facilities. The gym and swimming pool are very good, which is one of the important reasons why our family often comes to this hotel. Hygiene: We have stayed here many times, and the rooms and public areas are quite clean. Environment: There is a park 50 meters away from the hotel, and Peacock City Community is nearby, which is very quiet. It is also very close to Chaobai River.

This is really the worst five-star hotel I have ever stayed in. The only thing worth affirming is that the room service is very fast. The rest is really only at the same level as express hotels such as Home Inn 7 Days. The toiletries, towels, and bath towels are even worse than others. The dinner buffet is completely inconsistent with the price. There is not even lamb skewers in the barbecue category, only gluten chicken hearts and bacon. There is only capelin on the iron plate. The roast duck is even limited. Don’t ask about seafood. There is only a small amount of tuna, which is also limited. There is no salmon as mentioned in the comments. The drinks are diluted with water. Even these are often out of stock and cannot be replenished in time. You have to queue up for breakfast at 9 o'clock in the morning. There is no reception capacity at all! I checked in at 4 pm and was told that the room was not cleaned. The hotel’s entertainment items basically need to be charged separately. The parking lot is also limited. The wires of the table lamps in the room are tied to the legs of the table, and there is no power supply at all. I really don’t know how the comments are posted. I can only say that this is only once and I will never stay again. There are pictures as evidence.

The environment is OK. The hotel is a bit old, but the service is good. Xing Jing at the front desk is very helpful and enthusiastic. I give a good review.

Free tickets for 2 adults and 1 child at Fucheng Joy Hot Spring Huishui Park are pretty good. You can spend half a day at the hotel and a day at the hot spring. Facilities: It is quite complete, with a gym and a swimming pool. The swimming pool is not big, the water is not cold, but it is not very clean. It is understandable that it is not warm if it is clean. The dressing room is quite large, with a super large locker. You can change clothes in the dressing room or in the room before going swimming. Environment: The bedding is quite comfortable, the lights in the room are not bright, and the table lamp is OK. The room next to it is super large, with a separate cloakroom and desk partition. There is also a 180-degree super large floor-to-ceiling window.

A hotel that you absolutely must avoid! I checked into the room on the first day of the Chinese New Year. I just took a shower and found 3 cigarette butts. The smell of cigarettes was very strong, but my hair and body were already wet, so I could only ask the aunt to clean it after washing. After entering the door, there was no apology, just saying that I was too busy today and might not have seen it clearly. It is a bit too outrageous that this situation can meet the standard of a clean room. I called the front desk, and after listening to the whole story, the first time was not to apologize, but just said that the duty manager would call back later. This attitude is really outrageous! The duty manager finally apologized first, and the solution given was to change to the executive floor of the same room type or send breakfast, but we didn’t need either of them (I really didn’t want to take a shower and put on clothes and go up again), and offered a discounted room rate but said no. I was too lazy to argue on Chinese New Year. I smelled a strong smell of sewer in the middle of the night, and the carpet in the room was also dirty. I really avoid thunder, thunder, thunder, thunder! !

There are parking spaces at the entrance of the hotel, and the number is not bad. We arrived at around 5 pm, which is not too late, but there was no place to park. The security guard asked us to go around to the back of the hotel. We didn’t know the situation. We went around and there was no place to park. We went back to the front of the hotel building. The security guard said that we had to park on the main road behind the building... Then we walked over. It was freezing cold and pitch black... There were many temporary parking spaces in front of the building, but they didn’t allow us to park. They said that there would be a crew tomorrow... But there were clearly cars parked there! I am so angry! If this was Wangfujing, I would not say anything. You have such a big place, and there is no way to park? You don’t plan parking, and let guests drag their luggage for hundreds of meters in the dark... I am speechless! Then we checked in. The hotel didn't have a child fence, which was fine, but the shower was terrible. When the shower was turned on, the water came out from the big gap between the shower and the wall. It felt like the shower would fall off if it was turned on for a while. The shower head was also very strong when it was turned on, and then it immediately became a small stream of water when it was adjusted to hot water... Then the pillows were so high that I felt dizzy after sleeping... The bed was soft... The TV was small... The curtains had big holes... The most speechless thing was the comb provided by the hotel. It was a transparent plastic comb less than 800 years ago... I don't know if there are any hotels that still use it now... I was shocked! The hotel staff were all very nice, and they kept saying sorry to you in a very nice manner... In short, I didn't feel like I was staying in a five-star hotel! It really opened my eyes. The level of Sheraton shocked me! I will not stay there again, nor will I recommend it!

I thought that a 5-star hotel with high ratings and rankings must be good. The lobby is OK, large and grand, but the rooms are old, the facilities are broken, and the rooms have a peculiar smell and a musty smell. The children's naughty castle is very small and unclean. The TV is small and has snow, the remote control is not working, and the floor-to-ceiling windows are quite large. Overall, I am not satisfied. I will not come again before the renovation.
