EDITION Stays in Dali City

This time, I brought my child to stay at the Dali Edition, and the overall experience was exceptionally pleasant. The hotel's service was attentive and warm, with touching small details hidden everywhere. Upon returning to the room at night, a warm cup of bedtime tea was always prepared. Holding the hot tea in the evening, the fatigue of the journey instantly melted away. This small ritual felt particularly heartwarming. A special thanks to Nini, who was thoughtful and thorough throughout our stay, anticipating many needs without us even having to ask. Her meticulous and gentle approach made us feel truly cared for. We encountered a minor issue during our stay, which initially caused some concern. However, the hotel responded very quickly, providing a reasonable and feasible solution immediately. They actively communicated and resolved the problem appropriately, without avoiding the issue. This attitude towards problem-solving made us feel even more at ease. The hotel offers a wealth of children's activities, so there's no need to venture out when traveling with kids. You can fully schedule quality parent-child time without leaving the hotel, and the children had a blast, truly enjoying a relaxed vacation. It's a shame our stay was too short; we didn't get to fully experience all the hotel's wonders before having to say goodbye. It was a fantastic stay, and next time I visit Dali, I will undoubtedly choose this place again. I also look forward to meeting Nini again and experiencing her warm and meticulous service.
