"The Fairfield Inn was located about a mile off the Interstate in Dalton, GA. Check-in went smoothly after booking on line. I asked for a restaurant recommendation and the front desk person wasn’t familiar with options since she didn’t live in the town. She did provide a restaurant brochure. The room was very clean and the bed was comfy with nice bed covers. The television received many channels. Bathroom amenities were limited but a sign indicated that front desk would provide anything extra that you might need. A microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker were also provided. Breakfast was served the next morning with many choices."

"They claim it is because of how your company placed the order with them, but during my four day stay, they never cleaned my room once (even when requested). In fairness, if you are selling rooms at a discount, you shouldn’t change services without notifying the customer. Brenda (in their Starbucks) was amazing. Otherwise, the property was average at best, and parking was a challenge."
