Wonderful stay at Yanda Hotel! We enjoyed two lovely nights in this beautiful room. The warm welcome and the cleanliness of the place were especially noteworthy. Thank you for such a wonderful stay in Datong, we had everything we needed!

Overall value for money. Just a little too far to walk to the old town. Not many restaurants nearby to choose.

First, let me talk about the hotel's location. It's south of the entrance to the ancient city, not inside Datong. However, I took a taxi from the hotel to the Yungang Grottoes. I left at 9:30 AM, and although I tried to share a ride, the fare was only 9.9 yuan. Secondly, the room and living room are separate areas, each with its own air conditioner with separate temperature controls. The air conditioning was quite effective. The living room has a sofa and a curved-screen TV. I was so happy to be there while researching travel guides and watching "Burning Time." However, the bathroom doesn't have separate wet and dry areas, and the water heater is an electric storage type. If you're traveling with a family, you'll need to manage your bathing time. There's a water dispenser for drinking water, which is great. It's much more reassuring because you don't have to boil water in a kettle. Finally, let's talk about food. The hotel doesn't provide breakfast, so you'll need to make your own. Next door is a popular online restaurant called "Jili." It's quite unique, offering afternoon tea, coffee, Western food, and wine. It's a bit pricey, but the food is excellent. The overall service at the hotel is excellent, and they try their best to accommodate guests' needs. Compared to a B&B, the space is larger. The first three pictures are of the hotel, and the fourth and subsequent pictures are of "Jili" next door.

First, the location is not far from the ancient city, just a few minutes by taxi. The interior layout is truly homely, with both a room and a living room, making it feel like home. It's spacious and well-organized. I also like the straw pillows, not the large cotton ones. Cleanliness: Very clean, no odor. The quilt was dry and comfortable. The bathroom was odor-free. Facilities: New and clean. Service: Excellent customer service. I didn't have time to return, so they allowed me to check out late without deducting any fees.

The hotel is located just outside Datong Ancient City, close to the ancient city walls and connected to the Datong Hotel. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, with modern TVs and water dispensers. The rooms are spacious and decorated in a classic style. The bathrooms are incredibly large, with separate wet and dry areas. The front desk staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the value for money is excellent!

The room was huge, almost like a suite. Clean and relatively new. The location was great, right in the courtyard of the Datong Hotel, sharing the hotel's garden. It was close to the ancient city and had many restaurants nearby, serving delicious Datong home-style cuisine. The Yungang Grottoes were a seven-minute bus ride away. The front desk was friendly, and there was security on duty at night. I was very satisfied.

This hotel is located in the heart of Datong, making it easy to get around. A taxi to the Old Town costs around 8 yuan, and a 20-30 minute walk takes about 20 minutes. There's a good breakfast shop nearby, where you can eat and drink for 6 yuan. The room was spacious, and the water dispenser provided a variety of drinking water. The toilet was clean, and the bed and bedding were clean, comfortable, and comfortable. Although the room was close to the road, it was quite secluded, and while there was some noise in the morning, it wasn't a big deal. It exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it!

The room was quite large overall, perfect for a family of three. We stayed on a non-holiday and were relatively satisfied with the service and price. The bedroom was quite clean, with large windows for excellent ventilation. The bathroom window, located at the top, was small and couldn't be opened. The living room had a water filter, a TV, and a large sofa, though it was a bit low to sit on. Couples may find similar twin rooms with large windows in the bathroom and living room, which provide better lighting. Please call to inquire about this. Other reviews mentioned a foul odor in the bathroom, but we didn't experience it. Our main issue was the gap between the shower door frame and the outside, which was not properly sealed. Water leaked easily, making it wet when walking back and forth. The shower light button was also difficult to use. We recommend fixing these two issues, which would greatly improve the experience.

The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and is full of life. It's close to the South Gate of the ancient city, about a 20-minute walk away. The Datong Hotel is right next door, making parking convenient. The staff were very friendly, offering a delicious meal and a free room upgrade with state-of-the-art amenities. The knife-cut noodles at Xijindao in the ancient city are excellent. I advise avoiding Laochai Noodles, which has a hostile attitude and is indifferent to tourists.

I was very satisfied with my stay, and I especially want to praise the front desk assistant, Xiao Jia! I booked a large family suite on Ctrip on the evening of the 22nd. I went to the Volcano National Park on the 24th. At 5 pm, I was trying to find the navigation to the hotel when I realized the booking hadn't been completed. Thank you to the front desk assistant, Xiao Jia, for your patient and attentive assistance. They saved us the last room, and the Datong snacks they provided were delicious. The accommodation was also very nice, not far from the ancient city; the southern city wall is just over a 10-minute stroll away.

獨自一人來大同旅遊，攜程盲選了一家酒店，訂了一間最便宜的標間，晚上10點多入住酒店，沒想到前台小姐姐看我一個人來，免費給我升級了家庭套房，還熱情的給我介紹了第二天的遊玩行程，房間寬敞舒適，設施齊全，體驗感非常好，大同人民很熱情，美食也很多，有機會還來！

一進酒店就被服務人員舒心的服務所打動，好的旅程碰到好的服務人員很幸運，無論是前台還是保安！我們帶娃還給升級了一下房間，房間內打掃的特別特別乾淨，角角落落，屋內設施都很新，空間還大，還有凈水加熱器真的太太方便了特別適合我們帶娃還要充奶的問題又不用擔心飲用安全！
