"I checked into the hotel after confirming to the receptionist about if they have Wi-Fi as I was working for 2 days from the hotel. They confirmed with me they have high speed Wi-Fi and the room has comfortable workplace. I reached the place and the Wi-Fi was down and I asked multiple times if they can fix it.. they just asked me to change the Wi-Fi connection or sit in the lobby and work. How I'm I supposed to take work calls from a lobby? Stupid suggestion. And I asked for room change on day 1 when I checked in as there was problem in the toilet. I was told they would let me know. After asking for 5th time on 2nd day evening 9pm they changed Tt room. Very bad experience."

"Hotel staff are good and very humble. We arrived at the hotel late night however the check-in was very seamless. The next morning we left our luggage by mistake and started our journey however we got our luggage safe. Very much thankful to the staff."
