"Location was a bit far from centre but it was ok for us as we rented a car and there is free parking. Good size gym with a sauna which is good.
However, service is disappointing: we booked 2 rooms for 3 nights, requesting for rooms next to one another months ahead. However, we were assigned rooms on different floors which was very inconvenient for us as a family.
Also we bought some choco bars one evening but were told that we could not eat them in the lobby! I just cannot fathom why you cannot eat choco bars in your own hotel lobby!
Not happy with the service…"

"The location is very good, just a few minutes walk from the train station and the city hall. We don't have large luggage and have a backpack, so it is interesting to walk upstairs and take the stairs. We live in the annex, Loft Studio room, with a simple refrigerator, pool, electric stove and refrigerator, very convenient. Very clean and fun. Check in and check out, the time can not be too early or too late, check your itinerary before booking."

"Ctrip did not update the price of breakfast. It is now 20 euros a person. The price is high. The food eaten is not special. This hotel Ctrip's special room has to go out to find, breakfast has to go out to find. inconvenient."

"Such a nice, cozy and well maintained hotel. I loved my time there. The staffs are all super nice, helpful. Bike rental is available to those who would like to experience Delft like the locals. Very close to TU Delft and the Centrum. Would definitely come back if I ever go to Delft again."

Good
TTravelYYHotel is a bit far out, but there is a bus that goes to Delft city centre. Best to take a taxi or Uber if having luggages. Room is of a good size, mattress is on the soft side for me and pillow is too high, need to self make my own pillow.
Service is superb, staffs are very friendly and super helpful. They all carry genuine smile and always offer help.
Breakfast is simple, but still good enough to start a day.
Room making can be improved, sometimes used towel is left on the desk, tissue paper not refilled and etc. In general I would still recommend this hotel if you are going for business or need to stay around that area.

HHuabanxieThe breakfast is relatively simple but the taste is okay, but the Chinese stomach may be a little bit bad. Haha. The location is very close to the train station. Google Navigation takes about 5 minutes. However, it actually takes some detours because of the many water systems. It is recommended to just take a taxi. There are few parking lots nearby. Please drive carefully. And the parking fee is very expensive. All attractions can be reached by walking, subway or rail. There is no need to drive. I have almost never encountered any delays. The service staff are very good and all the services are very patient.

GGeneralChaosIbis Styles Delft is a no-nonsense basic business hotel located in the main plaza next to the railway station. It's clean and comfortable and well managed and has a funky space related reception area and lobby.
It's a little thin on extra services that you might normally find in a business hotel however.. for example cannot borrow an umbrella, have to buy one for €15. No bottled water in the room, have to drink from the toilet tap or buy water from the hotel. The lower floors (odd numbered rooms) are dark and a bit gloomy as they face into an enclosed area surrounded by the rest of the hotel, however if you're only sleeping then it's got everything you need. My room was a weird shape and not ideal for business. There was a low sofa and table not the usual desk making laptop work a bit of an effort. The room furniture wasn't very well thought through.
Location is great on the canals and just 2mins from the train station. There's a nice coffee shop on the ground floor and lots of restaurants nearby. There's a small convenience store in the station.
Expensive compared globally, but in line with other local hotels around Delft. Would recommend for business travellers in Delft.

BBronwynThe hotel is in a stunning part of Delft. The studio was roomy and spacious. Breakfast was not great and the service was poor too. I asked for a late check out only one hour or even thirty minutes later and was told I would be charged for the time and was also told it wasn’t possible as they needed to clean the room. Not sure what was the reason. Just seemed inflexible.
