HHolcombeA friend recommended this hotel. It was much nicer than I expected. I would say it was more suited to families or couples. As a solo traveler it was a little more than I needed, but I would definitely stay again, as everything there was great.

GGuest UserIt was only for a single night to tie in with my plans, and it worked out perfectly, not least for its location. My look up in relation to its distance from Medan Airport showed 900 metres, so finding out that it was a quick trip up a travelator was a major bonus after a long day and a 2 1/2 hour flight delay. Reception were efficient and, just as important to me, cheerful and friendly. Room was spotless, bed was comfortable, everything worked. End of story. Oh, I forgot, Reception were just as good on checking out. A pleasure to be there.

Mmiss banzaiSecond time I have been staying in this hotel and I totally recommend it. The staff at the reception, Mr. Rio was really friendly and professional. He arranged a shuttle bus for us for a smooth transfer the next morning to the airport. The breakfast has lots of tasty choices. Also for dinner the atmosphere at the restaurant is really nice and tropical with a nice terrasse outside by the pool. That hotel is only 10min away by free shuttle bus from the airport. The rooms are spacious and clean. I totally love it.

The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet—perfect for rest. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I also appreciated the facilities like the on-site restaurant and the convenience store nearby. Although it's close to the airport, it’s also a great base for exploring the surrounding area. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and affordable stay.

GGuest UserTerrible air quality. People smoke indoors, including one staff. I complained to one of them and he thought it’s not considered smoking indoors if the window is open. Scandalous how standards are low. Also complained to reception, who only had a look at the security camera but didn’t do anything.
Free breakfast is just toast with chocolate sprinkles, matcha spread or margarine.
Close to the airport so good for a 1 night stay if flying the next day.
