"The front desk staff especially a male was rude. Day 2, there was no water in bathroom for almost 1.5 hours and they blamed it on more occupancy! We had taken MAP plan but they won't ask the guest what they want for dinner. They say it's their choice. We had to insist and get what we want to eat! Rooms are good and spacious and well kept but staff behaviour is a big zero!"
