"They went to this hotel after the old Dombay and didn't regret anything!!! The staff is friendly, kind and visible that the comfort of the customers is important for them. The hotel room at an affordable price, with a view to the mountains ,there is hot water (but it is still not immediately, apparently it is a problem all over Dombay), warm and cozy in the room, bed is white, there is a teapot. From the downsides- lived near the elevator, and it was glassy , it was necessary to close the curtains to close the beautiful view, because from the elevator you can see perfectly everything in the room happens ("

"The hotel is modern, for a minute - with a glass elevator. When you go down on it in the morning, you can see the mountains. It's very beautiful and pleasant. The location is convenient, a rope in 3 minutes walking, in 2 minutes different spa centres, one with an open pool. The room was clean, there were towels and coats, tea, tea, water, refrigerator and TV. What surprised was the lack of berries "do not disturb/clean" - they are electronic)) It is convenient and modern. The room is spacious, large, with a view to the mountains.  Breakfast Swedish table, European kitchen, hungry did not go to the mountains. I recommend booking rooms with breakfast, because you will still have breakfast and enjoy the mountains. The administrator is very friendly, kind and pleasant in communication! At breakfast everyone wished good morning and was smiling) You have a beautiful smile!) 10 out of 5! Come back here! There was not enough chair on the balcony)"

"Hotel is a little tired... Price-quality-normally if you have a discount from the price. Location is good. Cafe unfortunately doesn't work. Clean. Tea and dishes are. Water, tea, coffee aren't available. The bed is tough enough that I was pleased. A pleasant young man on the respiratory."
