"As a Black Diamond member, I've stayed at countless hotels both domestically and internationally, but I was completely blown away by this hotel! I booked the hotel online, arrived that afternoon, paid a 500 deposit, rested for half an hour, then went out to run some errands. I returned at 10 PM and went to bed, leaving at 8 AM the next morning. Here's the kicker: I had just checked out when the hotel called to say I'd damaged their furniture and needed repairs for 400. I live alone, so I don't even know if I damaged the furniture. Only a blunt object would have caused such damage. Do I have nothing better to do? Also, how come it was just the right amount for the repairs to cover my deposit? If I hadn't consumed the water and tea, would the repairs have been the entire 500 deposit? Just a heads-up!"

If you are a foreigner and you want to cross the border from China to Russia here at Dongning: only Chinese and Russian citizens are allowed here! You must cross the border in Suifenhe."
