"The hotel is very convenient as it's located in the central city, Every attraction and food outlet is approx 10 to 15 minutes walk which I don't mind. The hotel provides a breakfast buffet all day and dinner from 6pm to 9pm. The customer service is very professional and friendly! I got a king bedroom that also includes air conditioning which is very cosy. The bed is very comfortable, however am not really a fan with soft pillows. They have plenty of amenities and facilities in the room, i love the experience and have a nice sunrise view in the morning. Would definitely recommend to family and friends to stay."

"Beautiful room, not very big but well designed, doesn't feel cramped. There is no refrigerator in this room. Checking in yourself is convenient. When checking out, just drop your card into the box at the reception. The hotel is located in the middle of the city. Parking on the street is free for a period of time (can't remember). The water flows strong and the hot water works well. I like it."

"Overall, it was very good. I stayed for one night. It was comfortable and warm. Check-in and check-out were easy and hassle-free. It is located in the suburbs. It doesn't matter if you have a car. Overall, it was very good. There are cats. There is also a small bottle of milk when you check in🥛"

"We were only there for the night. Restaurants were available at the hotel and were connected to the Grand Casino. Pedestrian zone nearby. Breakfast was a bit more expensive. Friendly service. I would recommend it."

"This was a lovely motel for my husband and dog. Very clean, good bed, two tvs and complimentary teas, coffees and bathroom shampoos abd body wash. Shower was hot and good pressure. Had a good heater and electric blanket. Good value for money. Would definitely go back again."

"Located around the city centre, with a lot of restaurants and shops just outside the hotel. Free parking for staying guest, guest can also use their washing machine. Room is clean and big, with free wifi access."

"Aria on the bank provided a very comfortable apartment style accommodation. The location was convenient to a supermarket and restaurants. The apartment was also nice and warm on the cold winter nights in Dunedin."

"Situated right next to st claire beach.walking distance to second beach and short drive to tunnel beach.Many restaurants around, good if you self drive. There's no other amenties at the hotel and they are strict about their check in time. As it has only 4~5 stories high, you can look right into the room from the ground floor/street level. If you dont mind the lack of privacy, ultimately the view is great!"

"Best location. The one-hundred years old house is well maintained, the room is well presented. Car park is pretty small and drive way is very narrow. Everything else is perfect.Highly recommended."
