"The Hotel is old but very well maintained. Room is spacious and clean . Staff are very friendly and quick response in services . There are two things for improvement,one is the window sound proof is bad , is noisy during the night especially the illegal motorcycle race till 2am , cannot sleep at all . Corridor lights are too deem when your room is far behind ,you will not feel good ,no music and it is too quiet while walking in ."

"Relaxing place however the room lighting is abit dim, maybe can install 1 white light near the table."

"Cheap hotel. But no one at reception area, we have to call the person via phone call and provide our name, then the person will ask us to take the room key from the table, which is not safe and no one is there if we need anything. No lift, thus need to take the staircase, those who have difficulties climbing stairs, need to consider properly before booking this hotel. Would be great if have hair dryer & mineral water provided. There is 99 Speedmart nearby & mamak restaurant downstairs for those who want convenience."

"Staff very helpful. I asked for early check in as i am local, but need to check in coz my house blackout due to TNB work that day. Room biasa je. Room rate a pit pricy for such empty room type."

"Yew Hotel is a nice quiet hotel at the end of the town. You can walk to the town for shopping. I would stay here again."

"The location is close to the East China Sea Dragon Palace and water restaurant, only ten minutes drive from the city. No elevator, it is not convenient for the elderly or OKU, others are OK. Drinking fountains are provided."
