"Crowne Plaza is new hotel in Dushanbe, the hotel is well located in the capital city of Tajikistan 30 minutes from the airport and many attractions are in nearby , Rudaki park ,monument of Ismoili Somoni , Botanical garden and the national museum of Tajikistan . The room are clean and tidy , the furniture adding cozy touch to the room , the staff are supportive and friendly and professional. One of the top hotels in the city, highly recommended to be booked for business and leisure trips ."

"Advantages: The hotel is very close to the airport (about a 5-minute drive) and less than a 10-minute drive from the city center. Suitable for those arriving late and departing early. The hotel offers free airport shuttle. The rooms are large, but the facilities are average. The breakfast selection and quality are average. Disadvantages: The bathroom drain smells very strong! Rooms facing the street are affected by noise from passing vehicles. Because we booked three rooms for five people, we confirmed airport pick-up twice in advance via email, but the hotel didn't send a car until we called. So, although immigration was quick, it still caused a delay of at least 40 minutes."

"The hotel lobby is well decorated and the hotel location is OK. But the service is not good, it is just a facade. Especially the service in the room is very poor, the slippers are not packaged, I don't know if they are new. There is still water on the toilet floor, I almost slipped. The interior decoration is simple, the furniture has no texture, and the chairs are loose. The swimming and sauna areas are not managed, and there is basically no service."
