"Great services and onsite amenities! Had my first time pickleball experience with a great coach, as well as a long due golf experience overseas. The golf course is amazing and I highly recommend it! Breakfast options are too much, in a great way of course! The restaurant within the casino is great too, despite a bit pricy (make sure you register for the casino membership upon your arrival at the hotel to get 10% off on F&B and most services. Location might not be super ideal if you prefer staying in the city to do loads of shopping. But for an exotic trip, it’s wonderful."

"The facilities of this hotel are very sufficient, the swimming pool and gym room are also very large, giving it a resort experience. The breakfast is also very rich, I really like the shrimp steamed egg. Especially the employee Kelly, the reception was very good, she was very polite, and her work efficiency was very high, so she deserves a thumbs up! Looking forward to next time! "

"Perfect stay for people who want to chill and relax, and escape from hustle and bustle of the town. We stayed here for two nights, and the service is just perfect, showing the standard of what hospitality should be. They offered a free upgrade of rooms, which is very appreciated. The hardware is good, as I think it is a very new hotels. Nice swimming pool, facilities for both kids and adults, and they offered yoga and stretching class for us. The restaurant is good, offering range of choices, and the price is reasonable given the environment and service standard. Free shuttle bus service to Hoi An Ancient town and Danang downtown, plus the airport as well. This compensate its inconvenient location."

"We celebrated our wedding engagement at Hoiana Residences and were blown away by the high level of service and world-class amenities. The amazing breakfast buffet was included with our room, and we looked forward to it every morning. We chose the king 1-bedroom option, which was perfect for our needs. Staff and management were super helpful and aimed to make please; they made our special occasion very memorable and special indeed. Would rate higher than 5 stars if it were possible. I highly recommend, and would definitely rebook if we get the opportunity again. Loved it ❤️!"

"Absolutely amazing place highly recommend to anyone wanting to enjoy Hoi An. Free bicycle hire and cheap bike here makes it easy to move around. The family is so beautiful and helped us with whatever we needed, very easy to talk to and looked after us even when we wanted to stay longer . Will definitely be booking again when I return😁😁"

"The hospitality, enthusiasm, courtesy and niceness of the hotel staff. He/she treats everyone kindly. More than half of the customer base is Westerners. He can speak English, but no staff can speak Japanese. The building is new and small, but clean and large enough. The breakfast buffet is the size of the hotel, but it is adequate and everything is delicious. The menu is two days apart. The location is far from the old town of Hoi An. I use it for walking because I rented a bike for free. However, you have to be very careful to avoid accidents because it is used in rough driving of local cars and motorcycles. There is a small general store within walking distance, so you can buy drinks and desserts there. The price is reasonable, but satisfied. Repeat"
