"I am a licensed contractor in home improvement located in Los Gatos, California. I enjoyed this hotel very much!!! Bedroom: Room is 5 stars. Excellent decor. Couch should have smaller throw pillows to support your head while you're watching TV. There is no nightlight, (red allows for illumination but minimizes "brain wake", and is easier for vision to adjust to the dark. So it is easier to fall asleep.) Cafeteria: Ginger was very kind, professional, (plain and simple,) a real sweet heart and a true asset to the Residence Inn, and deserves a raise. Breakfast Selection: Breakfast gets 5 stars. Lobby: Excellent decor, Shannon and Railyn get 5 stars. I had a very nice conversation with Shannon, and Railyn helped me look for my wallet, when I had lost it. Thank you, Best Regards, Ricardo"

"The reason why I gave a bad review for the sanitation service is that I stayed for 3 days, and no one cleaned the room for the first two days. Although I called the front desk early the next morning and reminded the waiter twice at noon, the room was still not cleaned when I came back in the afternoon. I complained to the front desk, and they reluctantly changed the towels and cleaned the trash can. But objectively speaking, the environment is good, and there is a river next to it, and the scenery is also good, but you must have a car to go out for shopping, it's too hot!"
