Plus, our Trip reservation (which was confirmed, and finally, it was) didn't appear on paper. They told us they were sorry, but they wouldn't give us a room. "When we arrived at Can Bassa, I felt like I was in a mystical perfect world. It is a beautiful farmhouse where you immediately feel like you are in the 14th century world with modern amenities. It is incredibly picturesque. This seems like one of those secret places that I don't want to tell anyone about. We stayed in Casa Pou - a 2 bedroom (2 twins + 1 king). Living room had a nice fireplace and staff provides firewood for 15€. Full kitchen. Bathroom has a tub with a hand shower cord. We did have some ants after we left some food out so just be careful with that! Madremanya, the village, is beautiful. It feels like a private secret castle enclosed with city walls. You can access the hotel from the village walking or from the street with a car. Exiting the hotel into the village is such a cool feeling - you walk straight into something out of Game of Thrones. 10/10 stay and I will return!"

"B&B Hotel Girona is a great choice for travelers visiting Girona by car. They offer free parking, and downtown Girona is just a 10-20 minute drive away. It's convenient to park at one of the free parking lots in the city center and then explore Girona on foot. The twin room we stayed in was perfectly comfortable for two people (though the closet was a bit small for winter clothes). There's also a shopping mall right next to the hotel, which is great for an evening stroll or picking up groceries at the supermarket. Highly recommend!"
